Chicken 🐓 Breasts with Lemon in the Oven
Today, I have to share with you one of my favorite chicken recipes in the oven. It's super simple and delicious! In addition, it is very versatile, they can then shred or cut into cubes and use in a cold salad, in a quiche or omelet. They can be cut into slices and used in a sandwich, toast or savory crepe or even eat as a snack.
Ingredients:♨️
6 medium chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lemon
60 mls of olive oil
2 shallow tablespoons of sweet pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
1 coffee spoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper
Preparation:👈
Season the chicken 🐓breasts with lemon juice, bay leaf, ginger, garlic, pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and salt. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Arrange the breasts on a tray or platter, drizzle with the marinade sauce and the olive oil (if you want them to be more golden, just pass a string of honey over them before taking them to the oven).
Place in the oven, preheated to 200º for 20 min time may vary depending on the size of the breasts and the type of oven used) or until they are golden brown.
Suggestion: serve with Cauliflower Rice or Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Puree and Salad
