Cooking 🐓 an appetizing fried chicken in peanut sauce: a simple and tasty recipe.



Ingredients:

Chicken - 1 piece
Peeled walnuts - ¾ cup
Dried Sour Plums - 50 grams
Garlic - 3 cloves
Dried savory - 1 teaspoon
Cilantro seeds - half a teaspoon
Capsicum and salt to taste
First, prepare all the ingredients.

It’s worth preparing the 🐓chicken in advance. Fillet slices are best, but you can use any part of it. Boil the bird a little. It is important to monitor so as not to bring it to full readiness, but only to slightly cook it.

Tikka Masala Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts (skinless) cut into pieces.
Chicken marinade sauce
1 plain Greek yogurt
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of turmeric (from Orballo, organically grown)
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger.

For the Massala Sauce
2 heaped tablespoons of concentrated tomato.
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 teaspoons turmeric
½ teaspoon hot or sweet and sour paprika (depending on your taste)
1 clove garlic.
1 tablespoon grated or powdered fresh ginger
2 teaspoons of Garam Masala
Pinch of cumin and cinnamon
4 tablespoons of Sesame, or Olive oil
½ Greek yogurt.
2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
100 ml. coconut milk (or cow's milk or cream or water)

Roast chicken is like many dishes, it seems simple to make and succeed, but it is not always the case. I give you my recipe, the one thanks to which my chicken 🐓 is always crispy! I have made several attempts and I really recommend it because it guarantees perfect skin and a soft interior. Accompanied by a juice made from the cooking juice

Regarding baking: personally I have a fan oven. And to cook the chicken I put on position hot air + grill in the lower half of the oven so not at the top beware. I don't know if you also have this option. But it does cook the chicken well inside and make the skin crisp. If you do not have this option, the last 10 minutes you can set the grill function alone if your chicken does not seem brown enough.

Some small rules to respect: wipe the 🐓chicken, massage it, coarse salt, the order of cooking and the rest time.

For a chicken of around 1.5 kg, i.e. for 4-5 people
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 1h10
- 1 chicken of about 1.5 kg, preferably "red label"
- butter: 40g for the inside of the chicken, 20g for brushing it, 20g for the juice at the end of the recipe

Chicken 🐓 Breasts with Lemon in the Oven
Today, I have to share with you one of my favorite chicken recipes in the oven. It's super simple and delicious! In addition, it is very versatile, they can then shred or cut into cubes and use in a cold salad, in a quiche or omelet. They can be cut into slices and used in a sandwich, toast or savory crepe or even eat as a snack.



Ingredients:♨️

6 medium chicken breasts

Juice of 1 lemon

60 mls of olive oil

2 shallow tablespoons of sweet pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

1 coffee spoon of cayenne pepper (optional)

1 bay leaf

salt and pepper

Preparation:👈

Season the chicken 🐓breasts with lemon juice, bay leaf, ginger, garlic, pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and salt. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
