PIMA Karachi Karachi Chapter of Pakistan Islamic Medical Association PIMA is a registered NGO with its own Constitution. Currently it has 80 branches.

Since its foundation in 1979 PIMA membership has steadily grown and now stands at over 4,000 full members.

PIMA Relief Karachi continues its free healthcare services at Malir Jail through ongoing weekly clinics, ensuring essential medical care for inmates.

Free Physiotherapy: 34 patients received treatment
Free Ultrasound: 18 patients underwent diagnostic imaging
Free Dental Clinic: 117 patients treated (Jan–March 2026)

These efforts reflect PIMA Relief’s commitment to providing consistent, free, and compassionate healthcare to underserved populations.

𝐏𝐈𝐌𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 – 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩

On Sunday, 15th March, a Free Medical Camp was held at POB Eye Hospital, Orangi Town, offering Eye OPD, Diabetes OPD, Anemia Camp, and Family & Chest Physician consultations.
A total of 230 patients benefited from the camp:
•41 eye patients examined, with 7 cataract cases identified and referred for further management
•Children were given a single-dose anti-worm syrup
•Free medicines were provided to patients
•Around 15 patients with chronic illnesses were referred to charity hospitals for further treatment.

14 مارچ 2026 (پچیسویں شبِ رمضان)
پاکستان اسلامک میڈیکل ایسوسی ایشن (پیما) کراچی کے شعبہ دعوت و تربیت کے زیرِ اہتمام 14 مارچ 2026 (رمضان المبارک کی پچیسویں شب) کو پی او بی ہسپتال گلستانِ جوہر کراچی میں شب بیداری کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ پروگرام کا آغاز تلاوتِ قرآنِ مجید سے ہوا۔ بعد ازاں مولانا شعیب عادل نے "قرآن کا تعارف" کے موضوع پر تقریر کی ۔ ڈاکٹر محمد خالد نے "الحاد اور توحید" کے موضوع پرجامع درسِ قرآن دیا جبکہ ڈاکٹر زاہد آرائیں نے "عزیمت کا راستہ" کے موضوع پر فکر انگیز گفتگو کی۔ بعد ازاں مولانا حبیب حنفی نے "الدین النصیحہ (حدیث)" کے موضوع پر مؤثر بیان کیا۔پروگرام کے دوران شرکاء نے نوافل اور قیام اللیل میں شرکت کی، جبکہ سحری کے ساتھ اس بابرکت اجتماع کا اختتام ہوا۔ اس محفل میں ڈاکٹرز اور دیگر شرکاء کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی اور رمضان المبارک کی روحانی برکات سے فیض یاب ہوئے۔ پیما کراچی کے صدر ڈاکٹر سید احمر حامد نے اس بامقصد پروگرام کے انعقاد پر شعبہ دعوت و تربیت کی کاوشوں کو سراہا۔ انہوں نے پی او بی میں پروگرام کے انتظامی امور میں تعاون پر ڈاکٹر مصباح اور ذکی الدین صابری کا شکریہ ادا کیا، جبکہ سحری کی میزبانی پر ثاقب حسین انصاری کا خصوصی طور پر شکریہ ادا کیا۔
