🥦13.30 lunch

💫14.10 oxygen hyperbaric chambee therapy (90mins)

🥦17.30 dinner

🏊‍♀️19.00 evening in the pool swimming + wet & dry sauna

🛌 22.00 Fall into bed & sleep like a baby
