**New Yoga Classes in Powidz! 🧘‍♀️**

Looking to unwind, build strength, and improve flexibility after long days on base? Join us for *Yoga in English* every **Thursday at 6:30 PM** at the Powidz Culture Centre!

These classes are open to all levels—whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find balance here. Led in English, we’ll combine **Hatha Yoga** with a mix of styles to help you connect body and mind through:

✅ *Asanas* (postures)
✅ *Breathing sessions* to improve focus and calm
✅ *Relaxation techniques* to help you de-stress

**Special introductory price:** 40 PLN per session
**Location:** Powidz Culture Centre

No prior experience needed—just bring yourself, your mat, and an open mind. 🌿
