We are happy to present the photo story of the latest installation in Dubrovnik, Croatia. General Hospital is located in the heart of Dubrovnik city, Croatia. Hospital is licensed by the Croatian Ministry of Health and provides 24hr emergency room facilities with physicians specialised in advanced and critical care.

The installed uCT 780 is equipped with the Z-Detector which allows for low-dose data acquisition, while the fast rotation speed of the system improves cardiac scan quality, and the control system boosts the speed for scanning and reconstruction.

The installation process held in cooperation with one of our great distributors Shimadzu d.o.o.

Last weekend we had a chance to participate in the 30th Annual International Small Animal Veterinary Congress [Polskie Stowarzyszenie Lekarzy Weterynarii Małych Zwierząt] in Łódź. It was a huge event, full of professional, exciting lectures and workshops from every veterinary field, led by specialists from all around the world. It was our pleasure to be a part of this wonderful event and to present our Computed Tomography and Digital Radiography solutions. We would like to thank everyone, who has visited our booth, but also for every hand shaken and smile given, and we are already looking forward to next year’s event.

The term Movember was created as a result of combining two words mustache - mustache and November - November.
The goal of the Movember campaign is to change the face of male health, while the mustache, which the creators have set as a symbol of the campaign, is to communicate this change of face. The loose and fun form of the campaign is conducive to taking up difficult and important topics. The idea behind the Movember campaign is simple - throughout November, men grow a mustache, not only as a sign of solidarity, but also to arouse curiosity and initiate a discussion on the prevention and incidence of prostate and testicular cancer. Testicular cancer has a fairly good prognosis. However, what matters is the time to detect the disease and start the therapy quickly. Unfortunately, it still happens that a sick man does not admit to the presence of a tumor or ignores it. The aim of the action is to break through to the consciousness of men and their relatives, an attempt to remove them from the rush of everyday matters and to remind that the most important thing is to take care of your own health.
