Gather ye rose-buds while ye may,
Old Time is still a-flying;
And this same that
will be dying.

The glorious lamp of , the sun,
The higher he’s a-getting,
The will his race be run,
And nearer he’s to setting.

That age is best which is ,
When and blood are ;
But being spent, the worse, and worst
Times still .

Then be , but ,
And while ye may, ;
For having lost but once ,
You may .

Your pain, your sorrow, your desperate seeking, it is energy, only energy. Sometimes gentle, sometimes fierce, sometimes even volcanic, but energy nonetheless. Strip away the secondhand words and concepts—fear, anger, depression, loneliness—and contact what is wordlessly alive in your body, not yesterday, not tomorrow, but now. Feel “sadness” before it is named. Feel the tightness in the chest, the tension in the throat. Feel “anger” before it is defined. Feel the burning in the belly, the pounding of the passionate heart. Feel the throb and pull of life, the vibration of it. Make space for all bodily sensations, the raw energy, the power, the electricity, the sound and the fury. It is life, only life, always life. Don’t judge the energy, or try to push it away, or ignore it, because then you split yourself into “good me” and “bad me,” “sick me” and “healthy me,” “spiritual me” and “ignorant me,” and the war begins. Go beyond the entire “me” story, and honor what is alive in your body, here and now, even if what is alive is intense, uncomfortable, or simply too unfamiliar to be named. Let the intensity of bodily sensation focus you. Let attention drop into the moment. Non-resistance to life, the absolute surrender to the living moment, no matter how much the moment deviates from our “perfect” image—this is the beginning of true healing. Divorce the dream and marry reality (Foster).

Forgive yourself - if you did not achieve what you wanted, or you feel you have made a mistake, ease up on punishing yourself and try to remember that no one is perfect.
Let yourself fly high! And if you need any help in freeing yourself, your more then welcome to contact me. Hugs and kisses,

A simple smile. That’s the start of opening your heart and being compassionate to others (Dalai lama). Sometimes a smile, a giggle can say more than words do; words are not that articulate. And if you use words where a smile is enough you will only spoil the game (Osho).
Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful (Thichnhathanh).

And if you feel like you can't, take care of yourself and seek the help. You really do deserve your happiness! And I'm here glad to help.

As Eleanor Roosevelt once said, a woman is like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.
In our special day I wish you all the strength you want, despite of the circumstances. Cheers!

Neurodynamics first made an appearance in 1989 and has since been further developed over the last 30 years. Hence, the recent resurgence in neural network and connectionist approaches to modeling cognitive phenomena has led to a strong backlash from the classical cognitive psychology framework. Neurodynamics is now seen as an important part of neuropsychological assessment and treatment.
Did you know that many aspects of awareness and consciousness that are generally ascribed to higher cognitive functions can be explained simply in terms of the low-level activities of neural groups or networks?
Thanks to my latest professional training I had a great occasion to broaden my hypnotherapeutic horizon.

According to experts, it is not inconceivable that doctors will be giving health advice like this in the not too distant future. Beneficial effects of forest bathing (that have been scientifically proven) include:
- increased natural killer cell count and improved immune system function;
- reduced blood pressure;
- improved sleep;
- higher energy levels;
- improved mood;
- increased concentration, particularly among children with ADHD;
- faster recovery from illness or surgery
- decreased stress level.
So here's your prescription - walk in the forest five times a week for an hour.

Since the field of hypnotherapy and clinical psychology broadens rapidly, recently I took part in yet another professional activity in the field of hypnotic training.
Let's have a pick at the last day of it and it's ceremony of awarding certifications of the Eastern European association of hypnotherapists and clinical psychologists (EAHP).
The main goal of activity of the association is to join efforts of its members directed at the assistance in development of hypnotherapy and clinical psychology, to train and further education of its members and other willing persons, and to protect their common rights and interests.
What does it stand for?
The organisation gives assistance in raising the professional level of specialists in the field of hypnotherapy and clinical psychology in accordance with international standards.
Moreover, EAHP assists in psychological enlightenment in the field of hypnotherapy and clinical psychology, and allows participation in the dissemination of information on regulations and standards of practice in the field of hypnotherapy and clinical psychology, formation of a culture of recourse in the field of hypnotherapy and clinical psychology.

One in four of us are potentially going to suffer from mental health problems. Part of the solution is just getting outside and enjoying nature.
We do know that patients often benefit from non-medical interventions such as an exercise class, learning a skill or joining a community group. This is now referred to as ‘social prescribing,’ and ‘forest bathing’ is one of many activities that people might find beneficial for their overall wellbeing.
Walks in a forest is something our ancestors did, this is something that cultures do all over the planet — it’s simply being mindful in a natural environment.

Nature doesn't need people. It's people who need nature. Henry David Thoreau "took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees", and so did I.
Did you know that doctors urge to prescribe woodland walks for mental health problems?
It's true that Japanese practice of “forest bathing” should be prescribed on the NHS to tackle stress and other mental health problems. According to research, hugging trees, listening to bird song and kicking through leaves are all activities that can boost mental health. The activity involves breathing deeply and absorbing the atmosphere of the forest as a way of yielding calming, rejuvenating and restorative effects. As Stuart Dainton says "it’s about invigorating the senses by walking in the woods, smelling, listening to the sounds of the woods, touching the ground. We’re almost losing that as a society". He adds that forest bathing should also be encouraged for children to help fight the “always on” culture prompted by social media.
And what if nature is not enough for you? I welcome you to a personally guided hypnosis to relax you even more!
