Czy wiesz, że nawet 80% okołoporodowych urazów zwieraczy odbytu (OASI) pozostaje niezdiagnozowanych?

A przecież skutki powikłanego porodu – nietrzymanie, ból, wstyd – mogą towarzyszyć kobietom latami.

Dlaczego w XXI wieku nadal brakuje narzędzi, które realnie chronią zdrowie intymne kobiet po porodzie?

💡 Tak powstało ONIRY – technologia, która daje szansę na zmianę standardów opieki.

Z potrzeby. Z bunt. Z obietnicy, że “znajdę rozwiązanie”.

📖 O kulisach powstania OASIS Diagnostics i sile kobiecej determinacji przeczytacie w My Company:

To nie tylko historia startupu.

To wezwanie do działania. Do mówienia o tym, co wciąż jeszcze jest tematem tabu.

Dla każdej z nas. I dla tych, które dopiero urodzą.

Did you know that up to 80% of obstetric a**l sphincter injuries (OASI) go undiagnosed?

And yet the consequences of complicated childbirth – incontinence, pain, shame – can follow women for years.

Why, in the 21st century, do we still lack tools that truly protect women's intimate health after birth?

💡 That’s why ONIRY was created – a technology built to change the standard of care.

Born from need. From defiance. From a promise: “I’ll find a solution.”

📖 Read about how OASIS Diagnostics started – and the power of female determination – in My Company:

This isn’t just a startup story.

It’s a call to act. To speak up about what’s still taboo.

For every one of us.

And for those who will give birth tomorrow.

We are proud to share our latest publication in Scientific Reports by NATURE (2025), highlighting an important step forward in Maternal Health. Our international, multicenter clinical study demonstrates how impedance spectroscopy, enhanced by machine learning (ML), can help detect obstetric a**l sphincter injuries (OASI)—a serious but often overlooked childbirth complication.
By providing a quick, objective, and reliable diagnosis, this technology has the potential to improve early detection, enhance recovery, and support better long-term health for women after childbirth. This is a step toward safer and more effective maternity care, ensuring every woman receives the attention and care she deserves.

With great satisfaction, we celebrate the release of Book 2 of the key urogynecology handbook – "Urogynaecology: Diseases of the Pelvic Floor—Treatment", edited by Prof. Dr. Ewa Barcz. This comprehensive and invaluable resource provides in-depth knowledge on female pelvic floor disorders, offering the latest insights for gynaecologists, obstetricians, and specialists in the field.

We extend our warmest congratulations to Prof. Ewa Barcz for leading this important publication and to all the esteemed contributors who made it possible! Among them is Dr. Katarzyna Borycka, the leader of our OASIS project, who co-authored the chapter on Obstetric A**l Sphincter Injuries (OASI)—an increasingly recognised issue in maternal healthcare.
For medical professionals seeking cutting-edge expertise in urogynecology, we highly recommend this outstanding handbook.

Obstetric a**l sphincter injuries (OASI) represent a significant and sometimes unpredictable outcome of vaginal delivery. They can profoundly affect women's well-being, leading to various short- and long-term complications, including faecal incontinence (FI)—the involuntary loss of stool or gas, which can greatly impact a woman's quality of life.

Currently, OASI diagnosis requires significant improvement to ensure better outcomes for women. Enhanced detection and management strategies could lead to better recovery, reduced complications, and improved quality of life for affected patients.

Join our webinar to learn how easy it is to implement better OASI detection and management strategies in your obstetrics and gynecology department. Our expert speakers will share practical insights and evidence-based approaches to help you improve patient care.

A recently presented at the 46th Annual International Conference of the Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBC) in Orlando, USA, development explores how impedance spectroscopy combined with machine learning can detect obstetric a**l sphincter injuries (OASIs) early after vaginal delivery—a critical step toward improving postpartum care.
💡 ONIRY addresses the urgent need for an effective, accessible diagnostic tool for OASI, bridging the gap in medicine between technology and maternal health.

Yesterday, we celebrated an important date established in 2021 by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists: Maternal Health Awareness Day. It is the perfect opportunity to remind some crucial facts about maternal care. 🤱

🌺 Maternal care is all about looking after you for a whole process of becoming and being a mum – that includes pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period. You should be able to count on professional healthcare at each stage.

🌺 Remember, you have a right to ask questions about your and your baby’s health, pregnancy check-ups and what to expect after the delivery. Do not hesitate to discuss them with your obstetric team!

🌺 Don’t worry if you feel overwhelmed in that new situation. Try talking to your family and friends about what upsets you. If you are experiencing severe stress or anxiety, share your concerns with a doctor or midwife. They may help you right away or direct you to a specialist.

🌺 Focus on you and your baby! Make sure you eat and rest, and don't push yourself too hard. Let others take over your responsibilities.

Join us in spreading awareness about maternal care and share this post! 🤝🌐

At the ICPM Conference in Sharjah, UAE, we proudly presented ONIRY – an AI-based portable device that utilises Machine Learning models to a**lyse electrical impedance data. Designed for quick and easy diagnosis of perineal tears: obstetric a**l sphincter injuries (OASI), ONIRY empowers obstetric teams to improve maternal care.
A special thank you to Malgorzata Uchman-Musielak, MD, for invaluable expertise and contribution, which made this event successful!

The conference also provided a valuable platform to expand our vision in the region by connecting with potential distributors across the Middle East, building relationships with key healthcare leaders in the UAE, and showcasing ONIRY to influential figures, including members of the royal family. It was an opportunity to establish local partnerships and lay the foundation for future growth.

This experience has opened exciting opportunities for growth and collaboration, bringing us closer to improving Women's Healthcare worldwide! 🌍
