I have been doing cards for almost 10 years and been trying to make this my bussiness many times but it didn't worked out until now. The name of the store "Aspora" comes from the word "Diaspora" that means the dispersion of any people from their original homeland. That is exactly what happened to me on 2017 when I had to move to the US after Hurricane Maria destroyed Puerto Rico and the house I wa

s living in at the moment. I became part of that puerto rican diaspora that comes to the US looking for better oportunities and Iife. Here I am almost 3 years later and trying to adapt to my new life and using art as my therapy. I am far from where I was born but I have Puerto Rico close to my heart.
