This International Yoga Day, I’m celebrating a deep and personal journey of healing, one rooted in decompression, alignment, and inner restoration. 🌿🧘♀️
My path to recovery began with yoga. Through mindful movement, breath, and intentional stillness, I learned to listen to my body, soften chronic tension, and create space, especially along my spine, where I held years of stress.
But true relief came when I combined yoga with cervical decompression, a practice I deepened using a specially designed cervical pillow. This tool supported my neck’s natural curvature, gently relieving pressure on my cervical spine and allowing the muscles to truly release.
Together, yoga and cervical decompression have helped me:
