Whenever someone is feeling under the weather I love making this soup. I love the power of the oils for our bodies and it brings so much wonderful flavor to the dish. Aloha and Good morning Friends!

Mental health is extremely important. Life can bring obstacles and challenges and it’s important for us all do be grounded in who you are. For me my roots are in Jesus. Just like plants need water. I need Him for growth, clarity, peace and guidance. In Him I find a true friend.
Im not perfect at all and in fact it’s been too long since I’ve really opened up His word. What I do know is that He still loves me.
Today im starting off my day with a cup of coffee and worship music. Taking a few moments to reflect and pray for today’s opportunities.
Start your days right and give thanks for the blessing that are in your life now. I may not have much but with Him I have everything I need. I love you all and miss each and everyone of you. I pray that you are strengthened today and that whatever troubles you I pray for restoration and healing for you. May we all take the time to notice Him trying to reach out for a personal relationship with each of us. Amen.

Aloha Friends!

Came across these shoes that helped me during my 3month session in jail.

Long story short…

I dated a guy who was very toxic to me. Narcissistic and abusive physically and emotionally. During our 4year battle I caught 2 DUI’s. With no money for bond, that’s how I ended up doing 3months. As soon as I was released, I hoped on a plan with nothing but a book bag and ended up in Maui. Not even looking back. I deleted all social media accounts and started fresh. This time last year I was stuck inside the same for walls with ruthless security guards who never gave a damn except one. If it wasn’t for my foundation in Jesus I would have not been able to survive. I now look at it all as a blessing in disguise. I am grateful to not be where I used to be. I am blessed to be living in paradise while I begin healing and learning from my mistakes.
I remember freaking out headed to court a couple times during my stay but these shoes brought me peace. They reminded me I am a child of God and if I am for Him none can stand against me. My favorite scriptures are written on them. I shall keep these always as a reminder of how far I’ve come.
Whatever your facing in life keep your head up and knees on the ground. Gods got you. He loves you and wants a relationship with you.

Aloha Friends!

It has been quite the challenge trying to edit a 2hour video this week. I am having so much fun though and i still cant wait to show the experience with you all. For now i had to share the pictures that were snapped. I miss you all and i so wish i could have experienced this epic moment with you all. Mt. HaleaKala was an incredible place to visit with jaw dropping views. How great is our God to provide such beauty. It was truly magical.
With a few days off to gather my head and ideas, I am eager to get back to telling people how awesome it is to live a healthier lifestyle. Taking small steps each day is everything to me. If i can start this journey i know you can too.

Start Small

Drink a couple sips of water 1st thing in the morning.

Cutting back on sugar. If im having a craving i slap some fruit in my face. lol

Trying to go te bed a bit early if it takes you a wile to fall asleep.
