✨ الورشة الثامنة: ختام رحلة الشفاء والتجدد ✨ AR|EN

بقلوب مليئة بالامتنان، وصلنا إلى محطة الختام في رحلتنا العلاجية. اليوم في "سايكولوجي سبا"، اختتمنا الورشة الثامنة والأخيرة من سلسلة اللقاءات التي امتدت على مدار شهرين من الاكتشاف والنمو.

بقيادة المعالج الفني المتميز جاسم شومان، جمعت هذه السلسلة نساءً رائعات في مساحة آمنة وداعمة، حيث استخدمنا الفن كجسر للتعبير عما بداخلنا، ومناقشة مشاعرنا وتجاربنا بصدق وشجاعة. كان اللقاء الختامي احتفاءً برحلتنا الجماعية وتكريماً للخطوات الشجاعة التي خطاها كل منا نحو ذاته.

شكراً لكل روح وثقت بهذه الرحلة وشاركتنا نورها. الشفاء رحلة مستمرة، والعلاقات التي بنيناها هنا ستظل مصدر قوة للجميع إلى لقاء على طريق النمو.

✨ Workshop Eight: A Finale of Healing and Renewal ✨

With hearts full of gratitude, we reached the final stop of our therapeutic journey. Today at Psychology Spa, we concluded the eighth and final workshop of a series that spanned two months of discovery and growth.

Under the guidance of the distinguished art therapist Jassim Shoman, this series brought together incredible women in a safe and supportive space. We used art as a bridge to express our inner worlds and discuss our feelings and experiences with honesty and courage. The final session was a celebration of our collective journey, honoring the brave steps each of us has taken toward ourselves.

Thank you to every soul who trusted this process and shared their light with us. Healing is an ongoing journey, and the connections we've built here will remain a source of strength for all. Until we meet again on the path of growth.

اليوم، نجتمع للجلسة الثامنة والأخيرة بعد شهرين من دعم بعضنا البعض واحتضان بعضنا البعض.
*Today, we gather for our 8th and final session after two months of holding space for one another and lifting each other up.*

هذه ليست النهاية، لأن أرواحنا قد تواصلت... هذه ليست إلا “إلى لقاء قريبًا”!
*This is not the end, for our souls are now connected... this is simply a “see you soon”!*

في هذه الأيام الصعبة، نعلم أن وجودنا معًا هو مصدر قوتنا. استمرينا في رفع بعض، وسماع بعض، والنمو مع بعض. 🤍
*In these stressful days, we know that being together is our source of strength. We kept lifting each other, listening to each other, and growing together.*

مساحتنا الآمنة ستظل دائمًا مكانًا حيث الكلمة تحمل أملًا، والصمت يعبر عن ثقة، والأرواح تلتئم معًا.

**🌿 Final Session: A Celebration of Our Journey Together 🌿**

After two beautiful months of healing and growth, we arrive at our 8th and final yoga session for this group, led by the wonderful trauma-informed yoga therapist **Samar Hazboun** at **Psychology Spa Oasis**.

This isn’t a goodbye, but a celebration of the peace and strength we’ve built together—and a purposeful pause before we continue our journey soon.
**🌿 الجلسة الأخيرة: احتفال برحلتنا معًا 🌿**

بعد شهرين من الشفاء والنمو، نصل إلى جلسة اليوغا الثامنة والأخيرة لهذه المجموعة، التي تقودها المعالجة المتخصصة في اليوغا للصدمات **سمر حزبون ** في **واحة سايكولوجي سبا**.

هذا ليس وداعًا، بل احتفالٌ بالسلام والقوة اللذين بنيناهما معًا — وقفة هادفة قبل أن نواصل رحلتنا قريبًا.

انطلقنا اليوم في رحلة استكشافية داخل أنفسنا في ورشة العلاج بالفن السابعة في "سايكولوجي سبا".

بقيادة المعالج الفني المتميز جاسم شومان، استكشفنا قوة الفن كأداة لتفريغ المشاعر المكبوتة وإعادة الاتصال بشعورنا الداخلي بالأمان. من خلال التعبير الإبداعي، تعلمنا كيف نؤرض أنفسنا ونتخيل ملاذاتنا الشخصية - سواء كانت مكانًا حقيقيًا، ذكرى عزيزة، شخصًا عزيزًا، أو مجرد حالة ذهنية.

شكراً جزيلاً لكل روح شجاعة شاركت طاقتها وإبداعها اليوم. تذكري أن الشفاء رحلة شخصية، وأنك لست وحدك.
✨ Workshop Seven: A Journey Inward Through Art ✨

Today at Psychology Spa, we embarked on an exploratory journey within ourselves during our seventh Art Therapy workshop.

Under the guidance of the distinguished art therapist Jassim Shoman, we explored the power of art as a tool to release pent-up energy and reconnect with our inner sense of security. Through creative expression, we learned how to ground ourselves and visualize our personal sanctuaries - whether a real place, a cherished memory, a beloved person, or simply a state of mind.

Many thanks to every courageous soul who shared their energy and creativity today. Remember that healing is a personal journey, and you are not alone.

On September 1st, we held our sixth art therapy workshop, where we returned to our essence through the earth itself. We used clay to reconnect with nature and with our inner selves—to truly **ground** ourselves in the present moment.
