🇬🇧3 habits that actually stop cravings (🇵🇱Polska wersja w komentarzu)
A body that falls out of balance starts reacting in non-optimal ways.
One of those signals… is cravings.
Cravings are a sign of imbalance.
So instead of fighting them, I focus on supporting my body in a way that helps it stay in balance.
A few things make a real difference for me.
1. I stay hydrated.
Especially on days when I don’t eat high-water fruits or when I exercise.
Water, fresh juice, or a simple smoothie with celery, dates, and water can make a big difference.
Proper hydration supports detox and helps the body cleanse.
When hydration is off, cravings show up much more easily.
2. I pay attention to sleep.
When I don’t get enough, I slip into autopilot — and that’s when cravings appear.
On those days, I make sure to rest, even briefly, and stay on top of hydration and calories.
3. I make sure I eat enough carbohydrates — that means fruit.
Only then do cravings start to disappear.
Trying to replace those calories with fat doesn’t create the same effect.
These are simple things, but they truly change how my body functions.
