🌿 LAST CALL: BOOK BEFORE WE CLOSE! 🌿

As we prepare for a winter break, now’s the time to book your session before we close until March. This season has been a time of deep reflection and transformation for us— We have been navigating a very loving and beautiful conscious uncoupling (don’t worry, we are still great friends!), and we have been honoring the changes within our relationship, within ourselves, and within Jardim Santuary.

Thiago will be spending a few months in Brazil to process and integrate, to reconnect with family and roots, to study and deepen his work, to rest and heal and to return rebirthed.

Silvia will still be around during the winter months as she embarks on this new chapter. And! Heads up: She will be welcoming her first clients and seeking a few volunteers to receive free sessions as she completes her hypnotherapy certification 😉

We’ll be launching memberships to support your ongoing wellness, and Silvia will be introducing profound healing experiences, including Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing and Oracle in her sessions— Perfect for those seeking profound healing and guidance.

We hope to see you before December 14th, as Thiago will be taking flight to Brazil on the 15th. 🦅

🙌🏼 October 31 marked two years of Jardim Sanctuary! 🙌🏾

Two years ago, Jardim Sanctuary was born out of a dream to create a safe and Sacred space for healing. What began as a simple vision has blossomed into a sanctuary where so many have found profound relaxation, release, renewal and rebirth. It has been such a transformative journey of growth, and heart-centered care and connection, and we are deeply grateful to each of you for making this possible!

To every soul who has walked through these doors, trusted in this space, and embraced their journey towards wellness with us—Thank You. Jardim Sanctuary is here because of you. We are so honored to have supported each and every one of you, and look forward to many more years together. 💞

As we celebrate this milestone, we also want to share that we will be taking a restful break this winter, reopening in March with new offerings to further support your journey—introducing new therapies to deepen and expand your experience with us.

Thank you for being part of these two beautiful years at Jardim Sanctuary. Here’s to new beginnings and deep healing awaiting us all!

After a season of deep inner exploration, contemplation and integration, Silvia is re-emerging with renewed purpose 🐉

She has been diving deep into the transformative realms of hypnotherapy and energy healing, and has been dedicating a lot of her time and energy to becoming a clinical hypnotherapist and energy healer. Her hope is to blend the wisdom of these two therapies, which have helped her so much in her own life, and have inspired her to support this same healing and heart opening within you.

Soon, she will be merging multiple modalities in her sessions, including the profound practices that have always been at the heart of her work— Oracle readings, and gentle bodywork for relaxation and release in all realms: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

A session with Thiago is much more than a massage. It’s magic. That’s the best description I can think of right now. It’s honestly hard for me to put it into words, because it is so many things, and yet its own, unique thing.

Each session starts with a heart-to-heart conversation, which often leads to profound insights and clarity. This then guides the rest of the journey... He uses specific oils, aromatherapy and a tailored massage style and reiki that will support you most, taking into consideration all that was shared and what needs balancing in your nervous system / energy / life in that moment.

I feel he’s a mix of shaman-sage-friend, and he brings the wisdom of his ancestors, of various cultures, and of the Earth into his work. He leads from the heart, and each session is deeply intuitive and guided. I am transformed every time, and literally never want to leave the soft, warm cocoon of the heated bed. After some encouragement (I’m usually still laying when he returns to the room 🫠) I finally emerge... and that’s exactly what it feels— An emergence. I feel lighter, grounded and so, so calm and relaxed. I feel like I’m floating and flowing through life in a greater harmony. I feel a sense of spacious ease. It’s heavenly.
