A felicidade é sempre determinada pelo nosso próprio coração.

Quanto tempo você dedica a sentir-se feliz em sua vida diária?
Cerca de uma vez por dia? Ou talvez 10 vezes?
Isso pode variar dependendo da pessoa e do ambiente em que você está, mas quanto mais tempo você dedicar a sentir-se feliz, maiores serão as chances de aproveitar seus dias.

Eu acredito que a palavra 'felicidade' tem dois significados. O primeiro é estar consciente da felicidade que naturalmente está ao seu redor. O segundo é que os sentimentos de felicidade e infelicidade são criados por nossas próprias crenças.

O primeiro significado, 'estar consciente da felicidade que estamos envolvidos', refere-se à felicidade de começarmos cada dia sem problemas, a felicidade de sabermos que o pequeno-almoço está delicioso, a felicidade de alguém nos desejar bom dia, etc. Não há fim para a contagem de nossa felicidade. E acredito que quanto mais contarmos nossa felicidade, mais nos daremos conta de que há muita felicidade ao nosso redor.
A segunda afirmação, 'a felicidade é determinada pelo nosso próprio coração', significa, dando um exemplo concreto: não importa o quão abençoada e feliz uma pessoa possa parecer, se ela pensa que não é feliz, então ela não é feliz.

Did you know that the body can not produce omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids on its own?

That's why they are called 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗱𝘀 and should be included in our diet.

When we go back to our evolutionary roots, we can see that when our ancestors moved from the African savannah to the proximity of seas, rivers, and lakes (land-water ecosystem), there was a 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 spurt. Our brains had a great growth potential that flourished due to the presence of omega-3 fish fatty acids and brain-selective nutrients. In particular, the omega-3 fatty acid DHA seems to have played an important role in 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Algae, fish, shellfish, seafood, water, and coastal plants are important sources of DHA.

Everything in the universe, including 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱, is made up of energy and has a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆. Choosing food with a high frequency stems from the concept of 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Energetic nutrition refers to food that is rich in life force and has a high vibration. Organically grown vegetables and fruits are often considered as energetic nutrition because they are 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗽𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀, artificial additives, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
