Natasha and Camilla have designed yoga holidays, offering a path back home to yourself, a space where you can be immersed in a supportive and nurturing environment, that enables you to switch off the daily noise and kick start your way back to feeling great. With daily yoga, meditation and breath work practice and a chance to detox your body with clean organic homegrown vegetarian food, as well as giving you the time and space to re-connect to yourself and the stunning surrounding nature.

The week will be spent at the beautiful Senses Camping retreat centre, Portugal. A little piece of paradise, nestled within in the stunning Mondego Valley set within the Serra De Estrella mountains also known as "Star Mountain Range".
Senses effortlessly presents you with breathtaking views, rolling hills and healthy vibrant nature. Providing a sanctuary from the noise and disturbance of modern-day life. You will move closer to nature as you experience natural peaceful living. Walk to the small village of Faia between olive groves and fruit trees, take a dip in the generous river that runs through the grounds, immerse yourself in the chlorine free swimming pool or simply grab a book and find a cozy nook to loose yourself in.
On a clear night after your evening restorative yoga session complete with sound healing, imagine sitting outside your comfy bed beneath canvas with a mug of warm tea as you gaze up to a billion- star galaxy, without any pollution to tarnish the view and sound of nature all around. This is Senses!
THE PRACTICE
We will practice yoga twice daily including pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation with Camilla. The morning emphasis will be on conscious breathing leading us into an empowering slow meditative practice with the inclusion of classical hatha and ending with a short seated meditation. Evening practice will be all about relaxing and releasing, with the inclusion of restorative, yin yoga, yoga nidra and sound healing. Camilla's endevour is in providing a safe nurturing space, leading to a sense of fulfillment, contentment and deep relaxation.
Besides daily yoga in the morning and late afternoon, the invitation is to simply relax and use the time to rejuvenate yourself in the beautiful surrounding nature.
ABOUT CAMILLA
Camilla is a passionate yogi, yoga teacher and wellness advocate. She loves supporting individuals to discover and realize the benefits of yoga to their mental and physical well being. She grew up on a market farm In Derbyshire, later moving to Dartmoor National Park in Devon. Here you will find her trail running, walking her boarder terrier Alfie or wild swimming. Camilla’s yoga journey began while living in South West France where she worked as a plant based chef at a yoga retreat center, after a year of self practice she flew to India to immerse herself in her first yoga teacher training. For the last three years she has been holding space and guiding people through yoga, meditation and mindfulness at a leading health retreat in the UK as well as running yoga retreats in the UK and Europe.
Her yoga study continues as she spends the beginning of 2020 in Mysor India with her teachers studing Classical Hatha yoga.
