When it comes to bone fractures, there are many acupuncture points (local and distal) that can be used as part of a treatment protocol, but the following is always a must for a faster healing process ❤️

- BL 11: Influential point of Bones
- BL 17: Influential point of Blood
- GB 39, Influential point of Marrow
- GB 34: Influential point of Sinews
- SP 21: Major Luo connecting point to all muscle regions
- ST 36: Tonifies Qi & Blood for faster healing
- LI 4: Best point to move blood & relieve pain

TCM view on Bone Fracture: the body is a whole with all parts as an integrated organism, so when a fracture occurs the whole body is affected. The Meridian initially, then the flow of Qi & blood, then muscle, sinews, skin, and eventually organs. So in treating a patient with fractures, the practitioner needs to take in consideration all aspects of the body.

GB 37 is the LUO connecting point of the GB, making a great point for eye disorders. It boosts vision for night blindness, blurred vision, and eye pain. It expels Wind-Damp for breast distention, leg pain, or knee pain.

🧡 SJ 5 is a great acupuncture point to reduce inflammation!

- It regulates Shao Yang for alternating chills and fever with nausea & vomiting.

- It clears the SJ meridian for strained neck, temporal headache, cheek pain and tinnitus.

- In clinical practice, it's often combined GB 41 to open the hips for labour, or for acute external genitalia outbreaks.
