We’re opening the SUP Yoga season in Cascais, where calm, clear ocean waters create the perfect space to move, breathe, and connect.
Small groups of 6–8 people for a relaxed, supportive, and joyful experience.
SUP Yoga is one of the most unique ways to experience movement in nature. Practicing yoga on a paddle board gently challenges your balance, strengthens your core, and helps you stay present as you move with the rhythm of the sea.
