Tu sais ce moment où ton cœur dit OUI… mais ta tête se met à inventer toutes les raisons pour dire NON?

Je l’ai vécu. Récemment.
Et si je n’avais pas osé me faire confiance, je serais passée à côté des plus grands déclics de ma vie.

La vérité, c’est que ce n’est jamais l’événement, le programme ou la retraite en soi qui change ta vie.

C’est TON OUI.

Ce petit saut dans l’inconfort qui ouvre ton corps à une nouvelle fréquence, qui réécrit ton identité au plus profond de tes cellules.

Et c’est là que la magie se produit ✨

Quand ton système nerveux se détend, quand tu lâches les histoires qui te maintiennent petite, quand tu permets à ton énergie d’ouvrir le champ des possibles.

C’est ça que nous créons avec MAGNETIC WOMAN :
un espace pour ces femmes qui ne veulent plus attendre “un jour”, mais qui choisissent de vivre maintenant.

Fear lives in my body. And still - I go.
 Because the call is louder than the comfort.

There are moments in life when you just KNOW.  Nothing will ever be the same again. When the version of you you’ve clung to, the one that built your world, is ready to be honoured, and… released.

I’m stepping into a 7-day ceremony unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
 A sacred initiation into the power of the Voice, guided by Pajé Maná - one of the last living masters of an Amazonian healing tradition, accompanied by wisdom keepers and medicine women who carry ancient knowledge in their breath, their wombs, their songs.

This is not just a retreat. It’s a rebirth.
 A dismantling. A devotion. A death of what is no longer true. 
To let my essence speak louder than my programming. To let Spirit move through my voice.

Andy and I will be completely offline during this sacred time.
 No content. No replies. Just silence, earth, and truth.

But just remember...: the real ceremony…
is not what happens inside the ritual.
It’s what happens after.

When no one is watching.
When you get to choose, again and again, to become the woman you met in the depths.

When you return back home, and to everything associated with your ‘old ways’. And still, consciously decide, to step into your truth.

Because once you see, you can’t unsee.  
So before I go, I leave you with this:

Thank you july for reminding us of the power of being magnificently delusional about what you want… until you look back on life and realise it all became your reality 🙏🏼✨

1- Finally made it to the Berlengas island with Andy and my father after almost 3 years of admiring from the shore ⛴️🙌🏼

2- High on life as per usual after my Wednesday high heels class, about to come home pumped at 10pm to Andy meditating on the couch, lights dimmed 👠 😜

3- Vernissage of our dear friend and renowned portuguese sculptor, 👩🏻‍🎨

4- Hosted volunteer boyscouts from Andy’s hometown in Belgium for the first time to help us on .sanctuary 🌳🪏

5- Sunset view at one of our favorite spots on the rocks 🪨🧡

6- Hosted the boys’ first ever meditation session 🧘🏻‍♀️😭

7/8- Such an honor to be initiated to Hãpaya by the Huni Kuin in a Hãpaya ceremony, followed by two nights of ceremony with Nixi Pae 🙏🏼🪶

9- Medieval fair in our village 🏰🧙🏼‍♀️

10- Hijacked by the pack, as per usual when I try and practice outside at home 🧘🏻‍♀️🐶

11- My favorite spot on this planet, where my inner mermaid feels at home 🧜🏼‍♀️🌊

12- Max and I… pure love 🤎🐴

13- What better way to start the day? ☀️😻

Thank you july for reminding us again and again how divinely guided and protected we are.

Thank you july for reminding us some just want a soulmate to go on adventures with, watch sunsets, take pictures of everything like it’s their first day on Earth, obsess over a delusional vision, eat real foods, go on walks and be loved by a few 🩷

Thank you for reminding us it’s okay to life that looks confusing to others.

I used to be terrified of showing up online 😳

Not because I didn’t know what to say (I’d spent 15 years in PR & Comms writing words that captivated thousands).

But because when it came to my own voice, everything felt… different.

Suddenly it wasn’t about strategy or metrics.
It was about me.

I’d hit “publish” with my chest tight and my breath shallow.
I’d launch an offer and feel my stomach twist.
I’d re-record videos over and over because I hated the sound of my own voice.

I compared myself, tweaked endlessly, and diluted what I wanted to say - until it barely sounded like me anymore.

And I wondered… “Is this what it takes?”
To hustle. To perform. To hold my breath every time I posted?

The truth? No.
What it takes is coherence.

✨ Aligning your head, heart, and body so your words actually feel safe to say.
✨ Speaking from resonance so your audience doesn’t just read your message - they feel it.
✨ Leading yourself in truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.

When I learned to regulate my nervous system and anchor into my own energy, everything shifted.

Content stopped feeling heavy.

I built an audience of 80K+ organically.
And I finally felt at HOME in my business.
