A week ago I was in this peaceful place, with these beautiful women; I’m still delighting in what we shared here…

Personally, it felt healing to step out of the heavy of life here, breath different air and have room to reflect on where I give my attention.

I needed this new environment to remind me where to put up guardrails to protect my peace.

I pinch myself each time I come home from a soulful adventure, in awe that I get to create these experiences…and that you want to be part of them! Seriously…such a joy ✨

And to each of you with me this past week - what an honor seeing each of you show up in fullness, hearts soft and open, taking radical responsibility for your needs.

I simply cannot function at this pace we live at here in the US, anyone else?!

When I travel, I need more than a vacation to reset - I need these pillars of a soulful adventurer to slow down my racing thoughts and my body, so my soul has room to catch up.

YOU are worth investing in. 

I hope you know and believe that on a cellular level.

Every “yes” you say keeps you on the path to your becoming.

The small yes like signing up for that free online course that piques your interest to the bigger yeses like a solo Soulful Adventure with me to Portugal (😉) keep you connected are part of your growth and expansion as a human.

Investing in yourself may feel like a lot but remember, the cost of comfort, “stuck-ness”, and ignoring the nudges from your soul are far greater.

I said yes to unplugging Saturday night and taking an hour long bath with the most luxurious bath salts because I needed stillness and silence.

It’s truly something sacred.

Life has held a lot the past few months and I kind of disappeared from this space because of it 🫣

One major thing being, I got married!

Learning new routines to a shared life is taking me time and I’ve noticed myself wanting to crawl into a hole and hibernate from the online world a bit.

I’ve been resistant and I’m not fully sure why but some part of me felt like it was more of an energy suck than it was life giving and I never want to show up here in that headspace.

All of it is a reminder to pay attention to and protect my energy. That’s the work for each one of us. To notice what depletes you and what fuels you so you can make aligned yeses in life.

Anyway, I’m slowly reemerging here and wanted to pop up on your feed to say hi
