If you think you know what a yoga class feels like, wait until you step into my Yoga Sculpt session. This is where I put my own twist on the practice—blending traditional yoga flow with the fire of resistance training.

We aren’t just flowing; we are building. Using a mix of bands, dumbbells, and those tiny-but-mighty wrist and ankle weights, we target those deep stabilizer muscles to tone and tighten every inch.

I love to keep you on your toes. I’m constantly evolving the sequence so your body never gets bored and your muscles never plateau. It’s a challenge, yes—but it’s designed for all levels.

This is something different for the studio. It’s loud, it’s sweaty, and it’s a total vibe. If you’re looking to build lean muscle and boost your metabolic fire, this mat is waiting for you.

The Art of the In-Between ✨

There is a special magic in the space between. 🧘‍♀️

My Wednesday morning class is a unique blend of Hatha and Vinyasa. We flow with the breath, but we also take the time to stop and feel. It’s a space where you can check your alignment, adjust your shape, and ensure you feel truly good in your body before we move to the next breath.

For every body: Whether you practice regularly or it’s your very first time on the mat, I (Nikki) design this sequence for all levels. I love the creative challenge of ensuring every single person feels supported, challenged, and—most importantly—successful in their practice.

Teaching yoga is my passion, and I love getting a little creative with our flows each week. But my favourite part? It’s that moment after Savasana. When you sit up and I see your faces—rested, complete, and peaceful.

To keep that energy high, I always bring a little something extra—usually my homemade ginger shots to give your system a spicy mid-week boost! 🍋

Motherhood can feel constant, full, and overstimulating, often without space to truly pause.

This Tea Morning is a gentle, nourishing immersion designed for busy and overwhelmed mums who want to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive group setting.

During this experience, participants will explore:

• How stress and motherhood impact the nervous system
• Simple somatic tools to restore calm and emotional balance
• Gentle embodied practices to release tension and mental load
• Space for reflection, integration and meaningful connection over tea

This is not a typical talk, it’s an embodied experience where mothers are invited to rest, reconnect and leave with practical tools they can bring into daily life.

The intention is to create a warm, supportive container where mothers feel held, seen and resourced.

🐉 ASCEND THE THRONE: The Demon Dragon Experience 🌋

The legend is real. We are bringing the Demon Dragon theme to life in the studio for an epic, one-of-a-kind yoga event. This is for the kids who want to feel powerful, move fast, and master the shadows.

Inside the Demon Dragon Lair:

The Demon Flow: Forget the “zen” music—we’re moving through a series of “Shadow Poses” and “Claw Balances” designed to challenge even the strongest Dragon Masters.

Control the Fire: Every Demon Dragon needs to control their flame. We’ll practice Demon Breath techniques to help transition from high-intensity fire to cold, focused calm.

Crafting the Heart: We aren’t just making a craft; we are bottling a “Demon Dragon’s Heart.” Using dark crimson “venom” and swirling obsidian glitter, each student will create a Lava Lamp that bubbles like a volcanic heart. It’s the ultimate “Focus Potion” to take home.

Why it’s the “Must-Do” Class: This theme is everywhere for a reason—it’s about strength, independence, and “cool” factor. We’ve combined the popular Demon hunters aesthetic with real mindfulness tools that help kids handle the “fire” of daily life.
