We aren’t just flowing; we are building. Using a mix of bands, dumbbells, and those tiny-but-mighty wrist and ankle weights, we target those deep stabilizer muscles to tone and tighten every inch.
I love to keep you on your toes. I’m constantly evolving the sequence so your body never gets bored and your muscles never plateau. It’s a challenge, yes—but it’s designed for all levels.
