Dear Tribe!

We are happy to announce the next Coração de Cacau on the 21st of November.
We will be doing a morning session this time, to comply with the current regulations. We feel that with this ever-tightening grip on our freedom, it is so necessary to find ways in which we can still express ourselves, in which we can still celebrate the life that was given to us by our ancestors.

This is the moment to make peace. Our resistance shall be peaceful and powerful. We will keep on defending our right to be free. We choose to accept that somehow we all co-created this reality, but we we also choose to keep on celebrating, to keep on vibrating in the highest frequency possible, elevating the energy of the planet, creating ways to keep on nourishing the power of our togetherness. We will always find a way, because the only way is LOVE. And love is boundless, limitless, and unmasked.

We will start with a welcoming ritual at 10am.
Followed by a Sacred Cacao Ceremony guided by Momo, to silence our fears and open our hearts to connect with our Divine essence. Javier Karuá will be musically guiding this journey with his incredibly heart-connected talent to bring us back to the beautiful truth of BEING through his music.
Then Momo will guide us into a journey of exploration of our inner and outer space, re-connecting with the language of the Soul through Eye-gazing. A practice that can be so transformative in a time where we are asked to cover our expression.
The amazing DJ Mushina will be bringing back the lightness and joy, offering us a super Ecstatic Dance set to shake out all of our tensions and remind us that we can and must celebrate our LIFE!
The event will be finished between 2pm and 3pm.

Família de Coração em Portugal ❤

We support the movement of Anahata MA and Hridaya Yoga family to bring support in the form of food to 500 families in India. As many of you may or may not know the lockdown in India has left millions in rural and tribal villages completely stranded without food and basics to survive. The Anahata MA and Hridaya Yoga family have teamed up to put this fund raiser together to help these families that are in desperate need in this very moment.

We have our team on the ground in southern kerela ready to deliver 7 days worth of rice to 500 families in the slums but we need your help and we need it right away! It costs just 6 dollars to feed a whole family for 7 days. This is basically pocket change for most of us and can help an Indian family to survive another week together alive.

Donations can be made securely at www.gofundme.com/foodforindia and we will keep you updated every step of the way if we can get $3,000 raised by next week to start this food distribution.

***Last Monday the results of the Constellation have been magnfiicant. We had lots of people ressoanting deeply with the Constellation and felt touched.

***We all did a step forward in our personal process, collectively and personally.
