There are phases in a woman’s life where the body changes faster than the mind can follow.
Sensations intensify. Emotions respond differently. What once felt familiar suddenly doesn’t.
What if this isn’t a loss of control
but an invitation to listen in a new way?
I’m passionate about exploring the inner landscape through embodiment. Through my own lived experience I’ve discovered that
noticing sensation, emotion and thought as they are, without needing to fix or explain them, creates a deeper sense of connection and safety within ourselves.
The voice plays a key role here.
The jaw, throat, diaphragm and pelvis are physically and neurologically connected
a relationship that begins in early embryonic development.
Tension in one often reflects tension in the other.
Sound and voice can offer gentle access to the pelvic and womb space, not through force, but through awareness.
Embodied practices including breath, sound and presence
are also shown to stimulate oxytocin, a hormone associated with safety, bonding and pain relief.
Not as a promise, but as a biological response to feeling met from the inside.
This is not about overriding what the body does.
It’s about rebuilding relationship with it.
And from that place, discovering that choice doesn’t come from control
it comes from connection.

If you recognize yourself in this phase, know that your experience makes sense and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
