Organ Donation Awareness Campaign Organ Donation Awareness Campaign is brought to EC for the first time by Education City Charity Trust (ECCT)

The purpose of this campaign is to primarily get people in Education City to start thinking about organ donation and the important role it can play in the lives of others. Furthermore, we wish to increase knowledge of the fact that Qatar has a Transplant Center at Hamad Hospital where people can register and get national donor cards. Finally, we wish to dispel the idea that some have that Islam is against Organ Donation as the majority of scholars and fatwas support organ donation seeing it as a great act of charity. If you have thought over the notion of organ donation and are interested we encourage you to fill up the simple forms that will be available around EC at our booths from April 3rd to April 5th! This campaign is brought to you by Education City Charity Trust (ECCT) which is a Qatar Foundation registered student organization.
