Forgive yourself for giving your power away from you, for judging yourself with the judgements of others harshly then your soft heart is designed to.. and finally honor yourself entirely.

Accept who you are now, who you were and who you are becoming, be there with your entire human experience and embrace everything you are with compassion and love, realizing this is your birth right.

You are your first and your last, you are the choice in between and the result after all, so just be like earth, move naturally, grow easily, flourish boldly in the light and rest well in the night.

Why? Because that's your nature and that's your healing and rising, also.

Do you think you choose who to love when you want? That's not real Love.

Real Love comes, you are just becoming aware of it, your heart can feel it and your Soul is preparing you for it. It comes when you are ready, even if you're mind said you're not. You just need to nourish it, see it, appreciate it and let go of everything that is stopping you from enjoying it fully. If you want to die happy, feel the love that life has given to you, appreciate every little moment, trust the journey even when you can't control anything, because love is transformation.

The only memory the soul has out of this earth is how deeply you love and how deeply others have loved you, so make it a priority, because all the material superficial stuff will be gone and in that moment the richness of your soul will be composed of the love you shared here.

Real love will come and ask you to change, to let the old you go, to find your truth beyond the programming you were living before, to be reborn and see life with new eyes, your narrative has to change so you can welcome it.

Make space in your life for these special things that fulfill your soul, for the beauty of sacred things that you have the honor to live in this life, to feel, to give and to receive.. once your soul is full, your life will surely follow, in every single way.

Life, much like the sea, has its storms—times when moving forward feels impossible. But wise fishermen know that even when the waters are too rough to sail, there is still work to be done. They mend their nets, reinforce their boats, and prepare for the moment the sea calms. In the same way, moments of stillness in life are not wasted if we use them wisely. Reflection, learning, and preparation are forms of progress that may not be immediately visible but are just as important.
