I am happy to invite you this Wednesday 10th of July to an 'Evening with Presence' at 8 PM at Mima, Calea Griviței nr. 6, etajul 1 (find the blue stairs as you enter the building, on the right).
We will have a short introduction, a meditation/silent time and a time for questions and answers.

The main aim for these events is simply to encourage us to spend more time and energy directing our attention to Presence, to the moment, to what is truly fundamental in our lives.

The entrance is free, donations are welcome.

I will be away for a few days doing a Yoga and Vedanta course and so there will NOT be classes neither Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th nor Thursday 21st. Other than that all the classes remain as usual.

In the last week I tried accepting myself as I am. Easier said than done. What does it even mean to accept yourself? No one taught me that as a child, I had to be in a certain way to be accepted and loved.
