At first, in my early 30s, I discovered yogaโ€”finding peace, balance, and flexibility on the mat. The gym? That just wasnโ€™t my thing. I loved the calm and flow of yoga, but as I crossed over into my 40s, I realized that I needed something more to support my energy, strength, and overall vitality.

That's when I started exploring the gym. At first, it was out of my comfort zone, but as I began lifting weights and trying new exercises, I felt a shift. Not only was I getting stronger physically, but I also noticed a renewed sense of youthfulness and energy that I hadn't felt in years. Lifting weights has become more than just a workout; itโ€™s become a way to maintain my health and support the youthful spirit within me.

Now, I find that the combination of yoga and strength training keeps me balanced, strong, and energized. Itโ€™s incredible how this journey into the gym has helped me embrace my mid-40s with confidence, proving that itโ€™s never too late to find new ways to support and enhance your well-being.

It feels great to be on top of the world, yet with my feet on the ground.

Medicina moderna (fizioterapia, kinetoterapia) este alfabetul terapiei alternative (Yoga).

Primul meu contact cu practica yoga, mai exact Bikram Yoga, l-am considerat o "gresala" si asta s-a intamplat in anul 2011. Pe parcurs a devenit mai mult un stil de viata decat un simplu mod de a face miscare.

Timp de cinci ani am activat ca insotitor de bord la comapania aeriana Emirates, avand avantajul de a calatori foarte mult si am putut practica diferite stiluri de Yoga, cu diferiti profesori, pe diferite continente. La momentul respectiv nu am realizat ce beneficiu si avantaj avea sa imi aduca mai traziu in viata sa pot avea access la asa o larga varietate de informatii despre yoga, atat practice cat si teoretice, dar azi ma uit in urma cu recunostinta si bucurie ca am avut aceasta ocazie unica.

Pe parcursul a 4 ani mi-am dezvoltat treptat o practica personala constanta, timp in care mi-am ingaduit atat la nivel cognitiv cat si emotional sa imi integrez cunostintele teoretice de la diferite workshopuri, profesori internationali dar si cunostintele practice personale.
