Infrastructure, Logistics and Resilience: What Ukraine Needs Now
Build. Connect. Strengthen resilience.
Join the seventh session of the Breakfast with Clusters4Health a networking and dialogue series bringing together Ukrainian organisations with health innovation networks across Europe.
This session will focus on infrastructure, logistics and system resilience in Ukraine, with a strong emphasis on identifying current, concrete needs from the field and exploring how European partners can respond through collaboration, investment and joint initiatives.
The discussion will be strongly grounded in inputs collected from Ukrainian clusters and their stakeholders, reflecting real challenges and priorities in areas such as manufacturing capacity, logistics systems and healthcare infrastructure. These insights will serve as a basis for identifying practical collaboration opportunities and developing joint initiatives between Ukrainian and European partners.
Together, participants will explore how to rebuild and modernise healthcare-related infrastructure – from supply chains and production capabilities to digital and physical systems supporting service delivery – and how to ensure their resilience in both crisis and post-crisis conditions.
The session is designed to give the floor primarily to Ukrainian partners, allowing them to present real needs, ongoing initiatives and priority areas for action, while engaging European clusters and organisations interested in contributing to concrete solutions and long-term cooperation.
📅 When: Wednesday, 13th May 2026 | 8:30–9:30 CEST | 9:30–10:30 Ukrainian time
💻 Online (in English with simultaneous translation)

The series is organised as part of the Clusters4health project - an EU-funded initiative under the SMP-COSME programme, aimed at strengthening cooperation between Ukrainian and European health clusters. The project supports the integration of Ukrainian organisations into European networks, facilitates access to innovation, investment and training, and contributes to rebuilding a modern, resilient healthcare ecosystem in Ukraine.
