Eclipse Season Reminders 🌕

🪶 Staying true to ourselves when we grow up conditioned to people please, when we have so many programs running in the background, when we have an inherited need to belong, might just be the hardest thing to do. As we are in a constant conversation with the Universe, every time we choose ourselves, becomes a declaration. It’s letting the Universe know what to bring into our lives. It’s creating a vibration that attracts what we desire.

🪶We don’t get what we want. We get what we are. So the only way we can manifest our desires is becoming an energetic match for them. And to truly align, we have to be authentic. We can’t abandon ourselves just to fit it, to be accepted, to be chosen.

🪶And yes, this might trigger TF out of us.
It might bring up old wounds of abandonment, of rejection, of unworthiness. Especially now, during eclipse season when emotions are heightened and we are constantly presented with our shadow selves.

🪶Some people we meet become a mirror of our own unconscious patterns and wounds. If we have the courage to look at them as a reflection of our blind spots, a massive portal for transformation opens up for us. Whereas, if we choose to avoid all that, we’ll be stuck in the same cycle, repeating the same patterns, triggered by different people until we finally build up the courage to see.

🪶When someone touches our wounds, it’s easy to point the finger and project blame onto them. But the easy choice of today, will lead to the tough path of tomorrow.

✨And what is life if not the sum of our choices we make in every moment?✨

🪶 Who would we be if we dropped the weight of our past?

🪽 If we broke free from the shackles of our mind?

🤍 If we stopped listening to our fears and start living from our heart?

Truly, we can’t even imagine.

We’re oblivious to the treasures awaiting on the other side of the stormy sea. This makes it easy to not want to embark on that ship.

But a little taste is all we need.

A sneak peak into what (we) could be.

That’s enough to ignite a spark. A breeze will turn it into a flame. And soon we’ll burn for it with all our being. 🔥

I pray we all ignite our inner flames, to build as brothers and sisters, a world of love and connection. A world where peace is the norm.

Intentions are prayers. And words are spells.🪄

This was “Femeia Conectată”, our 4-day retreat in the heart of the Apuseni mountains. 🌙

Together with the wonderful , we opened a space for healing and connection.

A space for listening and remembrance.

A space that invited us to show up with everything that we are. With the joys and the sorrows. In our light and in our shadows.

Where we wore our hearts on our sleeve.

Where we felt safe to be seen.

Where we travelled to the depths of our being, guided by the sound of the drum, Mama Cacao, the music, our voices, and our breath.

Where we were supported by the river, the earth, the fire and the wind to shed what was no longer serving us; recharging our systems with life force.

Where we remembered how it feels to slow down, to flow, to tap into the juiciness of the embodied feminine energy. 🌹

I am deeply grateful for this experience and for the wonderful women that brought their hearts into this. Co-creating magic. Leaving with our hearts open and our minds at peace.

To be seen is to be loved. 🤍

~ And so, we met in Ibiza.~

6 sisters. 6 wonderful women: Some knew each other from long ago, others just met each other now.

But each of us had packed: curiosity, openness, flexibility and understanding into our luggage ~ and so, harmony was co-created.

There was communication from the heart and there was no hesitation in pointing out what we see in each other.

The Full Moon in Capricorn 🌕 made sure to illuminate shadow parts, supporting us in releasing thoughts, habits or old versions of ourselves that were no longer serving us.

We showed vulnerability and trust and were met with love and compassion.

Felt seen, heard and accepted exactly as we are.

There were some deep conversations at the balcony table, and a lot of belly laughs everywhere we went.

Everything flowed in synchronicity.

The sea, the island vibes and the community felt like a deep tissue massage for the nervous system.

Being fully present in a setting like this felt so easy.

In the end, we took some sun to go, some core memories, some insights into ourselves, and for me, it definitely felt like one of those experiences that changed my brain chemistry forever.

I love you, chicas! 🌙

Oh, wow! 🥹

How it feels to re-emerge on the other side of these last few months…

What can I say, life has a way of sometimes throwing us into what feels like a washing machine @ 1400 rpm then leave us to tumble dry 😂

At least for me, this period was intense AF.

I mean, everything from:
* Shadow work
* Riding crazy emotional waves every couples of hours
* Process past experiences through vivid dreams pretty much every night
* Waking up feeling absolutely drained & struggling to get by

On the flip-side, like any struggle, it brought some gifts:

* Big introspective energy with deep insights
* The motivation to take on healthier habits like 18:6 intermittent fasting, limiting social media and listening to audiobooks instead, watching Gaia instead of Netflix & spending more time in nature

Honestly, I feel so much relief now that things are stating to fall back into place and I am deeply grateful for having had soul-friends and music to support me through this time 🤍

If I can name one thing that has positively changed my life lately; it is living by:

🫧 “Follow the path of your highest enthusiasm.” 🫧

We can be flooded with our own thoughts and drown in information coming from the outside daily.

We are constantly exposed to suggestions of who to be and what do do.

But sometimes, asking a simple question can point us in the direction of our highest timeline. ✨

When I follow what brings me joy:

✨it boosts my mental, my physical and my emotional state in incredible ways

✨my cup overflows with life force, motivation & energy

✨ it shows me a more authentic way of living ~
one that is aligned with my soul

✨ it calls in my soul tribe

September reminders 🪶

🍁 After the darkness comes light. And so, I choose to immerse myself in all that what wants to be felt, finding love and acceptance for it.

🍁 The Universe is constantly cooking something up. Whether we see it or not, and whether we like it or not, I trust that it always has our best interest at heart.

🍁 Surrounding myself with people that inspire and uplift me does wonders for my mental health (also salted caramel ice-cream has proven helpful 😅).

🍁 Talking about mental health, dropping all expectations that others or myself have projected onto me and doing things in my own time feels so refreshing.

🍁 And remembering that also the body and the heart need constant care and attention.

🍁 When I decided to pour all the love, care and compassion that I gave to others into myself, I started watching myself bloom. I am my own best friend, and a kind and gentle parent to my inner child.

🍁 Finally, it’s been a year since I moved back here. And I want to take this moment to celebrate myself for the badass work I’ve done. Navigating this roller coaster of emotions and inner transformation through shadow work, I resurfaced on the other side feeling happier and more at peace than I’ve ever been. So cheers to our journeys, wherever we might be! 🥂✨
