Clarity begins when you choose soul over ego.

it's an innner adventure, in which you start recongnizing the ego patterns and stop falling into its traps.

You start honoring your Soul, your value, your self-worth. You realize you are worthy of love simply because you exist. You understand the need to make the shoft from the ego to the soul. Because the ego it's just a construct which tricks un into identifying us with limiting, conditioning, suffering.

The soul is setting us free, helping us to take back our power.

Our ego keeps us busy but not fulfilled. It feeds on our suffering.
It depends on us feeling a victim, limited and conditioned.

It creates a narative which belittle us. It has to. Otherwise it will "kill" it.

It has loads of strategies to trick us into believing we're not good enough, not worthy of being loved truly.

It keeps us stuck in the past, in old stories which bothered us or hurt us.

And when we do the shift from the ego to our soul, we'll live instead in peace, joy, freedom, love, gratitude. It is an inner journey worth doing. Because it helps us going from living in a state of stress and discontentment into a state of serenity and flow.

Your mind wants control, your soul wants freedom. We all go through this process of inner transformation, from who we think we are to who we really are.

We have only two alternatives:
We resist the process, and that will lead to suffering, sickness, misery.
Or, we go with it, and that leads to harmony, balance, health, happiness, joy of life, success on all levels.

At a trigger point in our life we begin to awaken to the fact that we are multidimensional souls having a physical human experience.

Part of the ascension up the spiritual ladder is to transcend the ego and to expand our consciousness to focus on the higher Self.

Getting to the point where our consciousness is expanded and our soul is fully awake is a necessary choice.

Freedom has different meanings for different people.

But it is something we all want to have. To be.

Depending on the phase of life we're into, the Freedom we want takes various forms.

For me freedom is creating the necessary (inner) space to simply be who I really am. No judgement or blaming or resistance.
A space of acceptance, compassion and awareness.
A highers octave of accountability.

Life seems to be stressful pretty often.
We get unhappy when things don't go our way, our will.

And still, we are endowed with an endless capacity for joy, bliss, happiness, contentment.

What we need is to make the shift from the ego to the Soul, for us to access and manifest our capacity to thrive,, to rejoice, to radiate ecstasy.

Sitting on the edge of Life is never a working strategy.
Some people are afraid of dying. Others are afraig of living.

When we are in connection with our Soul, Life is felt as a miracle. As a divine gift (I know, it may sound cliché). You feel everything as an experience, which enriches you and makes you transform. Grow. Be who you really are meant to be.

To live live fully requires a bit of (good) craziness - to throw yourself into the Unknown and trust Source will take care of you. Oooo, how much I like this (crazy) part, of choosing the trusting Heart over the worrying Mind.

It's much better to be in love with your life, make mistakes, learn in the process and discover your inner strengths, than to be cautious and never start living your life.
