I welcome you to a space where it is safe to be yourself, express yourself and say what you feel. I In 2012 I moved from London to Moscow.

This was the start of my journey of healing my wound; my relationship with my Mother and the Feminine. With the support of healers, doctors, shamans, psychologists and body workers, I have come to where I am now - a place of acceptance, gratitude for life and empowerment. It is now time for me to share my healing gifts with you.

Our story

Born in London, moved to Moscow, Russia, in 2012, where I studied folk and shamanic practices to heal body, mind and soul. In 2020 I followed the deep calling within to move to a place of natural beauty that would further support me in my healing work. I draw on various sources of wisdom to create a unique healing blend that brings balance, life force and strength into women’s lives.

The woman I work with:

Desires empowerment for her own good and the good of others around her.

Is brave and open to trying new techniques, (folk and shamanic) with my guidance.

Is willing to look at her shadow side and see/hear what is calling to be transformed there.

Desires to change her limiting beliefs and ancestral patterns that are holding her back from shining her light fully into the world and living out her dreams, goals, projects.

Is often highly sensitive and wants to learn how to manage her sensitivity so that she doesn’t feel overwhelmed by the emotions and people around her.

Cares about the natural world and the impact she has on the Earth.

Is ready to put the time and effort into making the desired changes come about in her life.

Believes that with the right support she can heal her physical pain and live out her soul’s purpose.

What do I help you with?

For some of you, your period is that dreaded time of the month, filled with pain, emotional imbalance and other unpleasant bodily sensations Maybe you have tried to shut out the pain with painkillers or the pill, but deep down you would like to try another, more holistic way that you know exists. I can help you attune to your body’s inborn wisdom, and give you techniques to work with the pain and transform it, so that menstruation turns into a time of inner power.
