One of the masterpieces I had a chance to saw live is ‘The red vineyard’. The one is on the pic 🔝

The thing I picked it up is connected to the main message of practicing Pilates method which is ‘if you get off your mat and you don't bring anything that you learned in class into the real world, it might not benefit you as much’. The more your body is trained the more joyful and long lasting journey having s*x you can get. Pilates is known to tone the pelvic floor - the source of pleasure, the source of life, the source of our daily activities. Pelvic floor is involved in many exercises consciously and should be responsive to the needs of the activities involved.
As a part of training one can use Kegel balls and act as having s*x. Engage you pelvic floor muscles in and up and pay attention on how you feel about it.

Dancers spend most of their time in the studio, dedicating themselves to their art. Ballet/dance is their real job and like any job it is a daily struggle and it takes it’s toll on the body. Pilates helps them to rectify the imbalances they tend to create in the studio (from my experience, ballet dancers are particularly asymmetrical). With choreographers and teachers demanding daily perfection, Pilates allows dancers the space they need outside of the studio and outside of class to re-balance, release and re-connect.- Marc Cassidy -

Allora, немного про дыхание с точки зрения бытия. Дыши-дыши-дыши. Когда плохо, когда хорошо, когда индифферентно - всегда дыши. И иногда обращай внимание на то, как потоки воздуха циркулируют по телу и куда они текут.
Когда я проходила терапию, одним из основополагающих факторов успеха всегда было Дыхание. Оно так органично вплетается в наш повседневный ритм, что мы позволяем пренебречь им. Тем временем, в организме, в нашем мозге идут процессы, которые начинают контролировать нас и беспокоить наш ум. однако, стоит лишь увлечься цепочкой движения воздуха и Вы уже в другом измерении.
Чтобы полностью расслабить организм, считается достаточным 30 контролируемых вдохов-выдохов, с полным погружением в этот процесс.
На одном дыхании, на последнем издыхании, до последнего вздоха...этот процесс неразрывно связан с нашими взлётами и падениями.
А есть ли что-то более тонко определяющее влечение, чем: - Ты меня любишь?!
- Я без тебя дышать не могу.
Немного сопливо, но справедливо. И про сопливо...ведь это реально блокирует нормальный процесс забора воздуха и его возвращения в ОПС.
Коротко про дыхание в пилатес: не задерживайте его, позволяйте ему Вам помогать; проникать внутрь и являть единое целое. #пилатес #пилатестренермосква #пилатесмат
