Believe it or not our July sound bath is just around the corner, next Tuesday 1st July, and we will be focusing on positivity and bright energy! ✨

It will be an extra special sound bath as this is the last one we will be delivering together, for at least two years, as Toto is off on an amazing adventure to Thailand at the end of July! We have trained and practiced together in our various holistic therapies for nearly 4 years and have thoroughly enjoyed all our experiences, shared some wonderful memories together and met beautiful people along the way. We would therefore love to share our last sound bath with as many of you as possible to make the evening extra special and for Toto to say a fond farewell...for now.

I will be continuing sound baths from September onwards, as always on the first Tuesday of every month. Please book the following dates in your diary and I will inform you of the dates for January and 2026 nearer the time:

And here we are, hot on the heels of June, approaching the longest day and the start of summer…that month of May went so quickly!!

Next Tuesday 3rd June, we are holding our next Sound Bath focusing on the Third Eye. This is where we can feel a heightened awareness, where our insight and wisdom comes from and also where we get our primal instinct and intuition.

When the Third Eye is opened, our memory is sharpened and we have a real sense of clarity that connects both body and mind. Physically, the Third Eye is where the pineal gland is located and primarily it is responsible for producing and releasing melatonin, the hormone which helps to regulate our circadian rhythm or sleep pattern. But there’s an awful lot going on here with the pineal gland because even though it is small, it’s jobs are numerous…it also strengthens the immune system, promotes healthy bones, influences s*x hormones and regulates endocrine functions - wow!!! So you can understand why when it’s not functioning efficiently, we can enter into the realms of insomnia or unsteady sleep cycles, headaches or migraines and hormone imbalances.

In our Sound Bath on Tuesday we will talk you into a beautiful meditation whilst you are surrounded by crystals associated with the Third Eye, such as Amethyst, Sodalite and Labradorite. A little tip - these crystals work wonders if placed on your Third Eye when you go to bed to induce calmness and sleep ✨. The crystals will help amplify the therapeutic energy and vibrations from the Quartz Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, the Steel Tongue Drum, the Quartz Crystal Harp and the Quartz Crystal Practitioner’s Bowl.

Unbelievably we’re fast approaching the date for our May Sound Bath which is next Tuesday 6th May. As our focus for April, the Solar Plexus, was so popular and resonated with so many people, we’ll be concentrating on that chakra again for May, but will also combine it with the Crown chakra 😊.

The combination of the two chakras work beautifully because of the relationship between the gut and the brain.

How often have you listened to that voice in your head that manages to put you down, discourage you, prevent you from trying new things and in doing so it has brought on anxiety, stomach pains, digestive problems, emotional issues?? That voice in your head connects to your Solar Plexus which is where the Vagus Nerve merges after travelling from the brain - that nerve is the communication link between the two. If you have brain fog that’s a result of an imbalance in the Solar Plexus. The Solar Plexus is our powerhouse for transformation where we find our personal power, our self-esteem and self confidence, but it’s also where we store shock and trauma. There’s a reason why we’re always remdinding you that the mind and body work as one, they are HOLISTIC and keeping our chakras balanced and healthy is the pathway to better health physically, mentally and emotionally….how fabulous!! ⚖️

Last week the spring equinox brought us the most beautiful, sunny spring day full of new beginnings, growth and a noticeable joy in people 🌿😊.

The start of spring can have a significant change on our mood from feeling sad or sluggish in a winter slumber and demotivated, to being more confident with a sense of purpose moving forward and taking on new challenges or just having more energy to ‘seize the day!’ 🌞

Our April sound bath is next Tuesday 1st April, you would be an ‘April Fool’ not to attend 🤭 because we are focusing on the Solar Plexus and all its wondrous glory! This is where we get our self-esteem, self-confidence and energy to embrace change and transformation. We will have some beautiful crystals associated with the Solar Plexus to amplify the amazing sounds and vibrations from our Quartz Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, the Steel Tongue Drum, Quartz Crystal Harp and the Quartz Crystal Practitioner’s Bowl.

Our Solar Plexus is where we physically feel these wonderful, positive feelings and emotions, but it’s also the home of our ‘fight or flight’ emotions where we store trauma, shock and anxiety. This is our third chakra along the spinal column and is located at the base of the breastbone above the naval, in the area where the vagus nerve merges. This incredible nerve travels through all 7 chakras and is the key to our gut and brain conversations, a real ‘powerhouse’, because by stimulating the vagus nerve you can reduce inflammation, trigger the body’s natural healing system and bring positive changes to your autonomic nervous system and immune system. The Solar Plexus is called Manipura in Sanskrit which means ‘lustrous gem’, pretty apt for a truly powerful chakra! ✨

As we’re always reminding you - the mind and body work as one, nothing works alone, it is holistic and that is why if there is something going on for you which is causing any emotional upset or stress, you will absolutely be feeling the effects of this somewhere physically.

Can you believe we are fast approaching March, which means Spring is on its way and I’m sure I felt it today whilst the sun was shining and the temperature was warm enough to walk without wearing a coat 😊🌿

Mother Nature has a wonderful way of reminding us that life never stands still, there is always a transition of some kind underway and for us to take that message forward into our own lives, we need to stay grounded and feel nurtured to help give us the self-confidence and security to have conviction in our actions and achievements.

Our March Sound Bath is themed around Mother Earth and what value we can reap from her. We will be accompanied by some beautiful, warm grounding crystals which will work in harmony with our Root Chakra, to nurture and bring a sense of security. We will gently lead you into a meditation specifically focusing on the Root Chakra, followed by the therapeutic sounds and vibrations from our Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, Steel Tongue Drum, Crystal Harp and Practitioner’s Bowl ✨ ☺️

The chaos of our day to day lives easily throws us off-kilter, out of equilibrium, so it is imperative to acknowledge this, pause for a moment, address the situation and re-balance. You will always feel the repercussions in your mental and physical well-being if ignored. Grounding and re-balancing works for better health mentally, emotionally and physically…what’s not to love!

Well, January has nearly left us and what a wonderful Sound Bath we had to rejuvenate our mind and body. It certainly came in handy to help get back into routines and cope with our lovely winter weather 🤪

Now we are looking ahead to February, the month of love 💕 Our Sound Bath this month will focus on ‘self love’. We’re not talking about the ego, but more about teaching ourselves to get into the habit of showing ourselves love, appreciation and kindness, not constantly listening to that voice in our head that can so easily run us down at the drop of a hat! It’s very important to remember that the body and mind are holistic, they work as one. If you’re constantly telling yourself negative things you will believe them, which in turn can cause stress and stress will always manifest at some point as a physical pain in your body.

We will have some beautiful crystals to help amplify the healing and soothing sound vibrations around you and the crystals will all relate to love, letting go, helping you through change, confidence building and encouraging self belief. What is there not to love in an evening just for and appreciating you ☺️ ✨
