La semaine dédiée aux visites de suivi des enfants Intaramirwa dans leurs écoles et aux réunions des a débuté aujourd’hui par les écoles EP Kanazi et EP Bihari.

Cette activité s’inscrit dans le cadre de la troisième visite de suivi, visant à renforcer l’accompagnement scolaire des et la collaboration avec les .

La semaine sera également marquée par des réunions des parents, au cours desquelles les comités de parents seront élus, afin de renforcer l’implication des familles dans l’ et le bien-être des enfants.

🎒🍽️ 500 To School & Meal 2026 – Giving 389 Children a Real Chance for the Future

In Nyamata Sector (Bugesera District, Rwanda), many children from vulnerable families are at risk of dropping out of school as early as kindergarten. Not because they lack motivation, but because their families cannot afford school contributions and the daily school meal.

👉 389 children aged 5 to 6, enrolled in 11 public primary schools, are directly affected.

To respond to this reality, Inkuruzabato Community Based Rwanda is implementing the project “500 To School & Meal 2026”, a community-based initiative that aims to ensure for every child:
✅ regular access to school
✅ a daily lunch at school
✅ continuous educational and community follow-up
✅ active involvement of parents

The project is grounded in an in-depth field assessment carried out in collaboration with schools and local authorities. It combines education, school nutrition, and close follow-up, based on the belief that these elements are inseparable in preventing early school dropout.

🎒🍽️ 500 To School & Meal 2026 – Offrir une chance d’avenir à 389 enfants 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧💯🥁💝🎂🪘🥗 Intaramirwa 🥗🎻

Dans le secteur de Nyamata (district de Bugesera), de nombreux enfants issus de familles vulnérables risquent de quitter l’école dès la maternelle, non par manque de motivation, mais faute de moyens pour payer les frais scolaires et le repas de midi.

👉 389 enfants âgés de 5 à 6 ans, scolarisés dans 11 écoles publiques, sont directement concernés.

Face à cette réalité, Inkuruzabato Community Based Rwanda met en œuvre le projet « 500 To School & Meal 2026 », une initiative communautaire qui vise à garantir à chaque enfant :
✅ l’accès régulier à l’école
✅ un repas de midi à l’école
✅ un suivi scolaire et communautaire continu
✅ l’implication active des parents

Le projet repose sur une enquête de terrain approfondie menée avec les écoles et les autorités locales. Il combine éducation, nutrition et suivi, convaincus que ces éléments sont indissociables pour prévenir le décrochage scolaire précoce.

Les enfants…
Ce sont eux qui donnent un sens aux jours ordinaires et une lumière aux moments sombres.
Dans leurs rires innocents, il y a une force capable de réparer les cœurs fatigués.
Dans leurs regards purs, un espoir que rien ne peut briser.
Ils nous apprennent à aimer sans condition, à pardonner sans calcul, à croire sans peur.
Grâce à eux, on redécouvre la beauté des petites choses :
un dessin maladroit, une main serrée fort, un “je t’aime” murmuré avant de dormir.
Les enfants sont des miracles déguisés en simplicité.
Ils nous bousculent, nous épuisent parfois, mais surtout… ils nous rendent meilleurs.
Ils nous rappellent que le vrai bonheur ne se trouve pas dans ce que l’on possède,
mais dans ce que l’on partage avec le cœur.
Merci à eux d’être notre joie la plus sincère,
notre raison de sourire même quand tout vacille,
notre plus belle promesse d’avenir.
