Four magical Principles for maintaining and building a resilient, steady healthy life.

1. Balanced diet: carbohydrates; lipids( less animals fat); proteins and vitamins
2. Sufficient rest: not less than 5 hrs in 24hrs of a day, i.e. 6-8 hrs of sleeping is recommended.
3. Drink enough water: daily water intake= 40ml× body weight.
Example: a person weighing 60kg is recommended to take around 2.4 liters per day.( 40ml×60=2400ml=2.4 liters).
4.Physical exercise: 30 min of physical exercise at least 3 times in a week.
