I came across something that honestly shocked me.
According to the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC), about 33% of Rwandan adults aged 18 and above don't brush their teeth regularly. In rural areas, that number rises to almost 38%. This was shared during last year's World Oral Health Day, and it's a wake-up call for all of us.

And I get it. For a long time, oral hygiene just hasn't been talked about enough here. Most people only visit a dentist when the pain becomes too much to handle , by then, the damage is already done.
But here's what many don't realize: your mouth is directly connected to your overall health. When bacteria builds up on your teeth and gums day after day, it doesn't just cause bad breath. It leads to painful cavities, swollen gums, infections, and eventually tooth loss.
The good news? Prevention is actually simple.
It starts with brushing twice a day, morning and night with a product that's actually good for your teeth.
That's why I personally use and recommend 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐠𝐞𝐥.
It's made with real aloe vera from Forever's own farms, plus bee propolis, which is one of nature's best protective ingredients. It has a natural peppermint and spearmint flavour (no harsh chemicals), it's fluoride-free, and it's gentle enough for kids too.
