Did you know that sugar can cause youthful skin to turns older?

Diets full of sugar are a major problem for skin health and contribute to premature aging. Sugar is the worst food for directly aging the skin. If there are high levels of sugar in your bloodstream, you will age faster—in fact, studies show that people with type 2 diabetes (who commonly have high blood-sugar levels) have levels of aging compounds in their skin three times higher than those in the general population. To protect your immune system, you should limit your consumption of sugar and processed foods. Real foods provide the body with the nutrients needed to maintain proper skin health and function. A change from the normal look and feel can be a sign of diseases related to breast, and any change should be addressed to the doctor. The best time to do breast self-examination is when your breasts are not tender or swollen, such as a few days after your period ends. Inadequate knowledge should make women lack recognition of non-lump symptoms of breast cancer; mainly a change in size, redness of skin and ni**le rash because women ignore those symptoms as they assume the changes are not harmful unless they feel pain associating with those manifestations. Even though the procedure helps to detect breast cancer early, Breast Self-Examination should not substitute Breast Clinical Examination and mammography which are performed by skilled professionals. There are many good reasons for doing breast self-examination each month. It is easy to do. When you get to know how your breasts normally feel, you may be able to feel a change. With practice, it should take about 15 minutes each month. Early detection is the key to successful treatment and cure.

Our names affect our facial appearance: Think twice before naming a child. Find full story at www.healthspearmagazine.com Internal factors like personality can influence external facial appearance. The same case can happen on the name that potentially affects facial appearance. In a society, each name has associated characteristics, look and behaviours as well as meaning and shared schema. Those stereotypes of names include facial appearance such that we already have shared a representation of the right look to each name. Over a time, imaginary image of how we should look may manifest in our appearance so that other people can match our face to our true name that can be significant above chance level.
