Our Projects :
1 - In alliance with the SGH Group Shababco is establishing a 1.6 billion Euro project to create full cycle wellness cities (residential, medical, retail, commercial, education) in Turkey and Dubai (to be completed in 2015) which is the first of its kind ever.
2- Shababco has also established a Private Equity Fund focusing on residential living for newlyweds.The fund also helps small to medium size entrepreneurs in the lower end with commercial spaces, penthouse and loft living on the higher end for the rich and young.
4 - Shababco has established the largest branch of the globally recognized American brand - Gold's Gym - in the world in Saudi Arabia. The branch we have started in KSA is also considered to be the first full fledged mega gym in the history of Saudi Arabia and the largest private sports club in the Middle East. Finally, the gym won the Best Gym in the World for 2006. This gym started the fitness revolution in Saudi Arabia to help empower the youth in Arabia. Gold's Gym is establishing 30 Gold's Gyms in the Middle East with a total project cost of 300 million US $ to be completed by 2015.
5- Shababco has founded the Saudi Entrepreneurial Development Institute with UNIDO in Saudi Arabia, which is considered the first non-profit organization dedicated to training entrepreneurs, and so enabling to achieve their dreams. This will reduce the huge unemployment rate in Saudi Arabia. Moreover this reduction in unemployment will be dimensional and will help more business to be established, which will in turn create more employment oppurtunities. URL: www.sedi.org.sa
6- Shababco had a key role in the development of Batterjee College for Medical Sciences and Technology (BMC) on engineering sites, founded in 2005 and which received its first group of students in September 2006. BMC is considered to be the first specialist inclusive private university for medical sciences in KSA. As a matter of fact, it is also considered to be one of the most modern and largest private universities for medical sciences in the Middle East region. It includes medical colleges that can accomodate 4,000 students (both males and females).
