π Course Sales Advisor
π Location: Ranadi | πΌ Full-time | π» Phone & Laptop Supplied
π° Salary: Negotiable + KPI Bonuses
β¨ Role Purpose
Manage and convert our international course enquiries for Equinox College.
Drive enrolments through proactive lead engagement and data-driven sales performance.
π Key Responsibilities
-Respond to and qualify international enquiries via email, phone, and social channels
-Make outbound sales calls with strong English communication skills
-Build and manage CRM pipelines (Pipedrive or PipelinePRO preferred)
-Create and maintain workflows and ensure accurate data entry
-Manage Meta Business Suite β lead forms, inbox, and social planner
-Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions to achieve enrolment KPIs
-Provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline performance
π― Required Skills & Experience
-Experience with CRM software and workflow creation
-Meta Business Suite experience (lead management & scheduling)
-Strong Microsoft Office skills
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Ability to speak Tagalog would be highly desirable (but not mandatory)
-Proven outbound sales experience
π‘ Preferred
~2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success
~Formal qualifications in Marketing or IT
