I use essential oils from the Young Living Vitality line when I need immune support, a little BOOST. The Oils in the Vitality line have been approved by the FDA to use as a dietary supplement.
Thieves Vitality contains Lemon, Clove, Eucalyptus Radiata, Cinnamon Bark and Rosemary essential oils. Common use is topically, diffuser or internally. I put some drops in my tea or in a gel cap.
Oregano Vitality can be used in any recipe calling for oregano. Google “health benefits of oregano” for more info.
Let’s just say, after using these two Vitality oils as a supplement, I felt like my immune system was much happier.
