Diabetes is one of the most common health conditions worldwide, but with the right lifestyle choices, it can be managed — and even prevented in many cases. 💙
👉 What is Diabetes?
It happens when your body doesn’t make enough insulin or can’t use it properly, leading to high blood sugar levels.
👉 Warning Signs:
• Frequent urination 🚻
• Increased thirst & hunger 🥤🍴
• Unexplained weight loss ⚖️
• Fatigue 😴
• Slow healing of wounds
👉 Prevention & Care:
✔️ Eat balanced meals (more veggies, less sugar & processed food)
✔️ Stay active — at least 30 min a day 🏃♂️
✔️ Maintain healthy weight
✔️ Get regular blood sugar check-ups
