Today's case is a unique and rare case and one of the most difficult operations for the type of fracture present, a femoral neck fracture pauwel III.
Underwent closed reduction and DHS +Antirotatory screw
Missed follow-up fo 9 months and now presented with good healing, normal ROM , walk normally and pain free

انزلاق SCFE هو الاضطراب الوركي الأكثر شيوعاً في مرحلة المراهقة وعادةً ما تسبب الإصابة به ألمًا إربيًا في الجهة المصابة ولكنه قد يسبب أحياناً ألماً في الركبة أو الفخذ. واحدة من أصل خمس حالات يحصل فيها إصابة ثنائية الجانب ما يؤدي إلى ألم على جانبي الجسم. تحدث الإصابة بانزلاق مشاش رأس الفخذ بشكل أكثر شيوعاً لدى الذكور المراهقين

كثيرا ما يتعزر تشخيص مثل هذه الحالات لان كثير من المرضى يشكون من الم الركبه فيضل الطبيب المعالج عن مكان العلة مثل ما حصل مع هذا المريض جاءني بعد عدة زيارات وعدد مهول من صور أشعة الركبة ووجدنا منه أشد الاستغراب لطلبنا صورة اشعه للحوض وبعد إقناعة بذلك الحمد لله تمكنا من التشخيص الصحيح والمعالجة الصحيحة لهذا الحالة النادرة

المريض الان بحالة ممتازة ورجع للدراسة ولايعاني اي ألم ولايوجد قصور في الطرف والان في المتابعة الدورية تحفظا علي احتمالية حدوث تعطش للفصل الورك

Through midline incision distal femur was exposed and double plating technique was use to overcome the adductors power that may lead to implant failure

She come to clinc after 9 months with pain free, full ROM and full weight bearing

Galeazzi fracture is a fracture of the distal third of the radius bone, accompanied by a dislocation or subluxation of the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ)

Some may miss a dislocation/subluxation of DRUJ and only diagnose a fracture.

Operated yesterday pass smoothly,
The piano key sign was positive so we temporary fix th DRUJ by k wire.

7:00 AM surgeries ✌️

An 80-year-old woman fell at home. Fortunately, she came to me early and we performed a closed PFNA2 operation, which increases the chance of healing(respecting the biology). We use percutanneus spike as reduction aid.
I hope she gets benefits of surgery

سهرة اليوم مع شاب ١٨ سنة والذي تعرض لحادث أفضي كسر المخروقه ولأهمية هذا النوع من الكسور ولزيادة فرصة إلتآم الكسر كان لابد من دخول المريض بصورة لاتحتمل التأخير فكانت السهرة للان 1:30 فجرا
