Last week I stood in front of a room full of people and gave a little run down on why I started using collagen supplements and how I'm finding the results.

What would your skin say about how well you are looking after it?

I was lucky enough to get a skin analysis done on my skin at the conference last week. What did my skin say?

That I'm looking after it very well. There was a few patches of dryness on the forehead but otherwise very little UV damage, fairly even texture and limited redness.

I was really pleased. Clearly the skincare routine I am using is working. All my products are from a medical brand called alumier. I trust them because I know there is science behind their products, they work like they're supposed to and don't contain any harmful chemicals.

I use a gentle cleanser called sensicalm, I use a moisturiser called hydradew and top it off with clear shield SPF. I exfoliate once a week and use retinol twice a week.
