There's a saying...
"Motivation is what gets you started. Habits are what keep you going."
If you want to lose weight and keep it off long-term, you have to develop habits that allow you to do it.
But let's be real here.
It's hard to develop healthy habits, let alone stick with 'em. 😅
That's where my P&P Process comes in.

This doesn't make it easy to develop healthy habits, but it makes the process a little bit easier.
And IMO, anything you can do to make this whole fitness thing a little bit easier is worth doing.
