Here are 3 simple exercises to try at home:

1. Bridge Pose: Lie on your back, lift your hips, and squeeze your glutes.
2. Bird Dog: On all fours, extend opposite arm and leg while keeping your back stable.
3. Cat-Cow Stretch: Arch and round your back slowly to improve flexibility.
