As you know, one of the key practices of Ayurveda is regular detoxification of the body. It cleanses the body and mind of toxins and helps alleviate various discomforts.

It is believed that disturbances in metabolism, leading to inflammatory states and various illnesses, particularly affect our mental and physical condition. Detox aims to cleanse the body and mind, restoring balance. In Ayurveda, detox is recommended twice a year, in spring and autumn, when the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius.

You have the opportunity to join a group of women who want to take responsibility for their health and under my guidance go through the process of cleansing the body this spring.

Understanding your dosha, or unique mind-body constitution according to Ayurveda, can play a significant role in enhancing your s*xual life. Each dosha—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—has its own characteristics and tendencies that affect various aspects of our lives, including our s*xual energy.


For Vata types, who are often creative and spontaneous but prone to anxiety and restlessness, finding balance is essential. Incorporating grounding practices such as meditation or gentle yoga can help calm the mind and bring stability to their energetic nature.



Pitta individuals tend to be passionate and intense by nature. However, they may also experience anger or irritation if imbalanced. To enhance their s*xual wellbeing, it's crucial for Pittas to keep cool both physically and emotionally. Cooling herbs like rose petals or coriander can help reduce excess heat in the body.



Kapha types are typically loving and nurturing but may struggle with low libido due to their more grounded nature. Engaging in invigorating activities like cardio exercise or trying aphrodisiac foods such as ginger or saffron can awaken their desire.
