My eyes are closed on this picture and that’s how I feel right now (this picture is from last summer) -I have just spent the last 2 days worrying and looking after my poor daughter as she was in hospital with suspected appendicitis - she happened to be in Yorkshire whilst this happened to further complicate things - no matter how old they are they are always your baby, you will drop everything to help them and be with them - you never stop being a mum even when they 22 years old.

Laughing has got to be the best medicine for all life’s anxiety’s right? There are two sides to me as I’m sure there are in most people - the joker who laughs a lot, likes messing around, telling stories & is excited about everything. Then there is the anxious me who is worried and feels scared everything. I have found some tools to help me but I still have strong anxiety - it’s a tough one to crack as it’s a learnt behaviour that runs deep in my family, but that’s ok because it’s helps me understand and be able to connect with so many people. It’s something I work on and will be working on my whole life I am sure. So anyone feeling anxiety today - I feel ya and sending you some 💗 get out and hang (or call) with people who make you laugh

All the cute outfits coming out today ✅ I mean I do wear a cute gym outfit everyday lol. One day without sugar yesterday wasn’t so bad.....got so many exciting things coming up that I want to be in top shape for....want to enjoy the process along the way - DONT want to do a crazy diet or restrictions but to make changes there will be sacrifice (discounted Easter eggs are out 😿) in the past had many great things happen but no time to enjoy the process, then they just creep up and your like 😬

Morning my 💗s - after my workout yesterday which I really enjoyed - was able to do a lot of upper body weighted work which not been able to do in a while. My aim today is to stop eating sugar (as much) woke up with an empty Easter egg box in my bed this am 😳 that Easter bunny sure is good at getting in my house! The workout Single shoulder press on bar 8/10

In my head I’m pretending it’s sunny 😎 but the weather is so rainy and grey, off for training (trying to decide train at gym or home 🤔)....then finishing client plans ready for us all to hit Monday on 🔥 had a lovely client call yesterday and one thing thing that keeps coming up for people is lack of a plan - funny how we plan so many things each day but then go to the gym - wing it and then we disappointed with the results (we have all been guilty of this) - as a women going the gym we often have great intentions but then when we get to the gym we feel embarrassed, overwhelmed or just so tired of making so many choices through the day we just jump a machine. When you have a plan and set goals it means you get in - focus and know what you are doing. You can leave your headphones on and know you just gotta do what you got to do and get in and out of that gym. This planned consistent effort will mean your can achieve your goals and improve you confidence at the gym or in your home workouts. I make plans tailor made for you made for you with Accountability and support plus I have 1 to 1 online personal training starting 6th May ❤️

Hey Supermodel - you don’t have to be a supermodel to train with me like my unbelievably beautiful - can’t wait to be back to teaching 26th May to 1st June. If you want to know how to not only look good but feel good in your own skin this could be the perfect time out you need. ❤️ investing in yourself is not selfish - it’s self love which as a massive positive knock on effect in your whole life.

The older we get the hard it gets right? - well kinda - it is true but the good thing is you hopefully know yourself better- you know what does and doesn’t work for u- if you don’t - time to get to know yourself! Or your richer (so you can pay for a trainer- better food etc 🤣) I’m not richer but I do feel like something about being 40 I getting to know myself a whole-lot more. Just finished a clients at home only workout and videos. You can do so much with bodyweight - here’s a-little - if you want a custom plan you will need to go on the wait list now till 15th April DM me to book your place and go on the list. 1- plank alt toe touches 2- Step back jumps 3- jack knife sit- ups 4- crawl out double squat jump . My work is done for the day ✅
