It has been a while since our last update, due to the ongoing situation in our beloved country, Sudan. Despite these difficulties, we remain committed to celebrating the vital work of our profession. Since the establishment of our association, we have never missed an opportunity to honor World Physiotherapy Day.

Today, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all physiotherapists around the globe. Your dedication and resilience in enhancing patient care and promoting well-being are truly commendable.

Happy World Physiotherapy Day! May we continue to support and uplift each other in our shared mission to improve lives through physiotherapy.

Important Announcement for Ahfad University for Women students

بدأت الجامعة في انشاء الآليات وخوادم الحاسوب اللازمة لاصدار السجل الاكاديمي (شهادة التفاصيل) للطالبات وذلك يتطلب الاتي:
١) استخراج بيانات الطالبة من خوادم الحاسوب
٢) نقل المعلومات من خوادم الجامعة الى المكتب المزمع انشاءه في القاهرة
٣) سيتطلب هذا العمل نحو ٣ اسابيع
٤) على الطالبات اللائي يرغبن في استخراج شهادة التفاصيل او شهادة القيد ارسال:
١- الاسم الرباعي
٢- رقم البطاقة الجامعية
وارسال هذه المعلومات الى البريد الالكتروني auwregistrar@gmail.com

The university is in the process of providing the required mechanisms and computer servers necessary to issue academic records of students. This process requires the following:
1) Extracting student data from computer servers
2) Transferring information from the university's servers to the office to be established in Cairo
3) This work will require about 3 weeks
4) Students who wish to obtain academic transcripts or an enrollment certificate must send:
1- Student name
2- University Index number

✨WOMEN’S WEEK✨
في إطارٍ من التميُّزً والإبداع شاركت مجموعة من طالبات كلية العلاج الطبيعي في الفعاليات التي أقامتها جامعة الأحفاد للبنات إحتفائاً وتكريماً للمرأة في أُسبوعها، تحت شعار
"الإبتكار والتكنولوجيا لأجل المساواة بين الجنسين"
اللذي أُقيم بمباني الجامعه وبحضور عدد مُقدر من الضُيوف.
وفي مُشاركتهن عَمِلن على التوعية بأهمية ودور العلاج الطبيعي
في العديد من المجالات اللتي تختصُ بالمرأة وصحتها.

Today the school of Health sciences had its Annual celebration of the World Food Day under the theme “Food security to ensure a future without famine".
The physiotherapy students participated in one of the booths and reflected the relationship between physical therapy and Nutrition and the importance of working as a team with the other health related specialisations.

On World Mental Health Day, we want to tell you that
Mental illnesses are present in all of our lives, in our families, communities, our friends and co-workers.
It is possible that we do not notice its presence or even its effects on those around us. Nonetheless always try to be the most helpful, caring, and supportive person you can be to everyone in your life and try to have a beautiful impact on those around you and be kind to yourself and the community around you and mostly importantly spread the love💕💞

As many of you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is the most common cancer that we can treat with early examination, and the survival rate is 90%. The health of every single person matters to us and we want to show appreciation and respect for all the survivors that fought and are still fighting their battles against it. We are with you all💗✊🏽
