The most difficult part of our grief, isn’t the death, the terminal illness, the stillborn, death of a pet! It’s dealing with your own life habits, learnings that we fear to break, because we might forget our loved ones. We will lose memories of our loved ones. We won’t know what to do without them.
I’m here to tell you, your self values have been there all your life. Grief teaches you to listen to your intuition. Not the head talk that sends you in circles. Grief is telling you, no more drama in your life, no more judgement from your circle of people around you.
Be kind to yourself. Listen to your intuition. Live with happiness especially during the difficult times.
People who wrong you, speak down to you, gossip about you, are giving you permission to leave from their negativity. YOU ARE WORTH MORE TO LIVE IN PEACE❤️❤️❤️
