𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄.

Why did I say yes?

I trusted my soul more than my head.

I’ve had my first two sessions with a teenager!
Which is very different from the people I usually work with, who are much older.

It’s both challenging and rewarding.

Challenging because I have to adjust my language and stay relaxed yet grounded in myself so we can connect on the same wavelength.

No, the biggest challenge was facing my inner teenager while staying centered and doing a good job.

Rewarding when I found the keys to make the person feel seen, understood, and safe.

Was I ready for this?

Well, the teacher had to be ready when the student appeared.

I had to get ready because I was asked to help a young person who has been through a lot. It was an honor. I was a little nervous. It seems to be landing well. The person wants to book more sessions.

Part of me feels proud. Another part wonders if I can keep delivering.

But my soul says: Of course I can.

And it also says: Never try to be someone you’re not.

I almost lost my footing when I got a question I didn’t actually know the answer to, but for some reason, I tried to sound confident.

It fell flat, of course.

I managed to save the situation, took a breath, and quietly wondered:
"Why?! That’s not like me…"

Then I remembered: Back when I was a teenager, trying to act cool and more confident than I was had been one of my survival skills.

I wanted to fit in.

Well, that didn’t work out so well. I felt very lonely.

A flash of a memory, acknowledged and released. So that I can help someone else better.

doesn't care about age.
It only cares about honesty and presence.
It is also very forgiving when we take responsibility for our words and actions.

Have you ever lost it because something else kicked in?

I dare to be bold today, and that’s because of what I’ve witnessed while working with my wonderful clients.

The powerful methods I’ve spent decades learning and refining have enabled my clients to save enormous amounts of time and money—resources they might have otherwise spent on other modalities.

Not because those methods are flawed, but because finding the right tool for the right job isn’t always easy. You wouldn’t use a screwdriver when you need a chisel… and vice versa.

Astral traveling or e-mail?

If you traveled back a few hundred years and said:
"In the future, we’ll be able to send a letter without paper, through the air, to the other side of the world," would people laugh? Frown? Or maybe say:
"Hmm, why not?"

Now, imagine those same people, in that same era, hearing someone say:
"It is possible to let your soul (or part of it) travel to explore other places and dimensions."
I think they would be open to it.

It still happens that people look puzzled when I talk about my experiences. That’s ok. And understandable.

Amazing Grace and Soul’s Unfolding Maze.

Once upon a time, back in the 90s in the wild Pacific Northwest, a teacher of mine challenged me to venture into nature alone — for three days, just me and a tent in a remote national park.

Previously, he said something like “Hey, boy, you need some Earth connection here”, when he watched me fuzz around in life. Smart and with highest grades from college, but no sense of direction or purpose.

He dropped me off by the foot of a small mountain with simple instructions: "I'll be back in three days, same time, same place." Back then, I had no cell phone, and civilization felt worlds away.

I had never slept alone in a tent before. And never in the wild.
It was fantastic. I felt strangely at home.

Yet beneath my calm exterior, an internal storm brewed. I wasn't afraid of potential wild animals or unpredictable weather. Instead, I was terrified of making grounded decisions — as if I'd lost complete connection with myself.
Choosing a campsite became a profound metaphor. Four hours passed as I wandered, paralyzed by indecision. Overwhelmed, I finally broke down and cried. Suddenly I heard a soft, tender whisper (I have always had a great connection to my spirit guides when they finally got my attention): "This is just an old childhood wound. Get up and look to the left."

And there it was — a cozy, amazing spot with a breathtaking view. A gentle mountain stream whispered nearby, its crystalline waters tracing a delicate path between the stones.

The rest of my stay transformed into the most incredible experience. I didn't want to leave. Since that moment, I've been passionately hooked on backpacking, especially in mountain landscapes.

Much has happened since then. Today, I am grounded, with a solid connection to my soul, purpose, and direction.

If you've ever felt ambiguity and indecision, know this: It's not because something is wrong with you. These moments simply signal a need to regain inner security and reconnection. This is about undoing what you are not, to remember who you truly are. By letting go of stuff that is not yours, things become more clear.

There, a new year! You’ve probably already seen hundreds of posts about what to do, not to do, focus on, set intentions…

All that is great. Keep up with whatever feels right.

I will wait with my reflections and intentions until the end of January when the Chinese astrological new year changes from the Dragon to the Wood Snake.

The Wood element associated with this year emphasizes qualities such as creativity, flexibility, and a focus on development. Together, the Wood Snake signifies a time for transformation, encouraging individuals to shed old habits and embrace new opportunities for evolution.”

What a great fit for what I will share in my next webinar! By the way, the headline on my website is “Remember who you are by undoing what you’re not.” This is a huge part of my philosophy: if you feel stuck, one of the best things is to examine why and remove what’s not working to make things flow better.

Creativity saved my life.

More than once.

One of those times, when I was homeless many years ago, I found myself standing by the sea and thought, “Ok, so this is goodbye.”

But when I jumped in, I suddenly felt the words “Creativity is going to save you” coupled with a feeling of mercy. I went back to the surface, gasped for air, and felt a bit ridiculous.
