Our Story
To learn how to eat a healthy diet is a fundamental step to be healthier. To improve your relation with food and reduce the feeling of deprivation, help you eat in a more mindful way and start to enjoy each single food.
As your nutrition coach, I can leverage on my previous experience with over 800 clients to help you reach these goals. I have helped many people to lose weight, to stop feeling bloated and I have also coached parents who wanted their children to eat a healthy diet.
I am also an experienced trainer and speaker with experience in different countries. My portfolio include previous speaking engagements at Harvard university in the US, Barilla in Italy and TEDx salon in Sweden. I have taught clinical and public health nutrition to dozens of students both at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden) and at the university of Pavia (Italy).
Finally, I have also worked as consultant for companies, associations and schools.
